Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan (Auto-roll as No Contract Period Package right after Commitment Period):

1. Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan (the Service) is subject to the Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass. Please visithttp://e.hkcsl.com/datapassfor details;

a. For service terms and condition related to the Commitment Period, please refer to the section of Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan (Auto-roll as No Contract Period right after Commitment Period)

b. For service terms and condition related to the Free-To-Go Period, please refer to the section of No Contract Period Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan (after Commitment Period)

2. The Service is available to selected personal account customers of csl who have activated IDD, roaming service, Data Roaming Pass service and subscribe to the Service for a commitment period of 24 or 36 months ("Commitment Period").

• Monthly fee $29 package includes: 25 roaming passes with 24 months commitment; 38 roaming passes with 36 months commitment.

• Monthly fee $39 package includes: 36 roaming passes with 24 months commitment; 54 roaming passes with 36 months commitment.

• Monthly fee $49 package includes: 48 roaming passes with 24 months commitment; 72 roaming passes with 36 months commitment.

• Monthly fee $69 package includes: 48 roaming passes with 24 months commitment; 72 roaming passes with 36 months commitment.

3. If customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.

4. The Data roaming passes shall only be valid within the Commitment Period unless they are otherwise extended in accordance with Clause 6 hereof.

5. Upon expiry of the Commitment Period and unless you indicate to us otherwise by calling our hotline at 25123123 [at least 30 days ] before the end of the Commitment Period,

a. the Service will be automatically rolled over into the [No Contract Period Roaming Pass Monthly Plan] (the “Free-to-Go Package”) on a monthly basis in accordance with the terms and conditions of the No Contract Period Package(http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass);

b. We will charge the customer the original monthly fee (as in the Commitment Period) or the latest prevailing monthly fee per month for the No Contract Period Package until you terminate it by giving 30-day prior notice by calling our hotline at 25123123 ; and

6. If the Service is rolled over into the No Contract Period Package in accordance with Clause 5 of, the validity of the Data Roaming Passes accrued during the Commitment Period of the Service (the “Initial Data Roaming Passes”) will be extended for one time for up to 12 months from its original expiry dates until the termination of the No Contract Period Package.

By way of example, if your Initial Data Roaming Passes are due to expire on 31 December 2022, the new expiry date of your Initial Data Roaming Passes will be (i) 31 December 2023 or (ii) the date the Free-to-Go Package is effectively terminated (whichever is earlier).

7. If customer with other Data Roaming Pass, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.

8. If customer is using Greater China Plan or China-HK-Macau Service Plan, the Service will not be applicable to destinations covered by Greater China Plan or China-HK-Macau Service Plan

9. The Service applicable to Data Roaming Pass (charges: $38-$178 per day). Applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this Service is 1GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.

10. The Data Roaming Pass included in the Service will be charged extra fees (additional charge: $28 per day) once being activated in designated destinations and one Data Roaming Pass entitled in the Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan will be deducted, applicable to

• Roaming Zone C: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Guam, Guernsey, Hawaii, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rota, Saipan, Spain, State of Vatican City, Sweden, Switzerland, Tinian, United Kingdom, United States, US Virgin Islands

11. Unless otherwise specified, Data Roaming Pass activation mode is default as automatic activation.

12. Unless otherwise specified, when you confirm the use of Data Pass in the above destinations, you understand and agree that we will automatically charge at $28 per day and activate the new Data Roaming Pass at the end of the Data Roaming Pass until you leave that roaming destination.

13. 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to csl 5G service plan customers or csl service plan customers who are enabled to access to csl 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, Data Roaming Pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks. 14. 5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.

15. Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non- transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.

16. Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.

17. If customers terminate the Service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, CSL would charge the customers the early termination charges which are the sum of the monthly fee of the Service for the remaining period.

18. In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

No Contract Period Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan (after Commitment Period):

1. The Service is subject to the Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass. Please visithttp://e.hkcsl.com/datapass-efor details.

2. The Service is available to selected personal account customers of csl who have activated IDD, roaming service, Data Roaming Pass service and subscribe to the Service for a commitment period of 24, 30 or 36 months ("Commitment Period").

3. If customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.

4. The Service is available as a continued Free-To-Go subscription auto-roll after the Commitment Period from the designated Contracted Data Roaming Pass Monthly Plan.

5. The roaming pass will be credited every month (according to the tariff schedule) and shall have 12 month validity from the date of provisioning.

• Monthly fee $29 package will credit 2 roaming passes during the first of every 3 month (according to the tariff schedule) after commitment period.

• Monthly fee $39 package will credit 3 roaming passes during the first of every 3 month (according to the tariff schedule) after commitment period.

• Monthly fee $49 package will credit 4 roaming passes during the first of every 3 month (according to the tariff schedule) after commitment period.

• Monthly fee $69 package will credit 4 roaming passes during the first of every 3 month (according to the tariff schedule) after commitment period.

6. Customer can terminate the No Contract Period subscription by giving at least 30 days advance notice during the No Contract Period subscription period or [at least 30 days ] before the end of the Commitment Period,

Data Roaming Pass Package – Europe & Middle East 31 Destinations 7 / 14 passes provides 7 / 14 data roaming passes applicable to Aland Island, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Vatican only

3. Data Roaming Pass Package – USA & Canada 7 / 14 passes provides 7 / 14 Data Roaming Pass applicable to USA, Canada, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico only.

4. Data Roaming Pass Package – Asia 3 / 7 passes provides 3 / 7 data roaming passes applicable to Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, the Philippines, South Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand.

5. Data Roaming Pass Package is available to selected personal account csl customers who have activated IDD & Roaming service and activated Data Roaming Pass service. It is subject to the Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass, please visithttp://e.hkcsl.com/datapass-efor details. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Data Roaming Pass Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.

Data Roaming Pass Package applicable to Data Roaming Pass and applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, Bit Torrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this Service is 1GB / 2GB / 3GB per pass, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.

7. Data Roaming Pass Package is can only be subscribed in Hong Kong. Data Roaming Pass Packages remains valid for 3 months (“Validity Period”). All remaining entitlement will be forfeited upon expiry of Validity Period and prevailing roaming rates will apply.

8. If Customer has used up all entitlement of this Package, customer can enjoy the Data Roaming Pass on a pay as you go basis at the following discounted prices during the Validity of this Package: Roaming Zone A/B: $28 per pass; Roaming Zone C: $69 per pass. Terms and conditions apply, please refer to the Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass (http://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareasen) for details. Data Roaming Pass is charged on a per SIM card, per day, per applicable data roaming pass destination. A day means 24 hours after first data roaming usage at the applicable data roaming pass destination. Unless otherwise specified, when you confirm the use of Data Roaming Pass in the roaming destinations, you understand and agree that we will automatically activate the new Data Roaming Pass at the end of the Data Roaming Pass until you leave that roaming destination. Destinations of Roaming Zone:

• Roaming Zone A: Mainland China and Macau

• Roaming Zone B: Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam

Upon customers subscribe to Data Roaming Pass Package, CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) will send them a Short-Message-Service (“SMS”) to confirm the activation of Data Roaming Pass Package and advise the customers that they could set up the roaming preference for their data roaming needs via the csl service app.

10. If customer with Data Roaming Pass Package and other Data Roaming Pass entitlement, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.

11. Unless otherwise specified, Data Roaming Pass Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is neither non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.

Special Terms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass (“Service”) by CSL Mobile Limited (“we/ our”)

1. The service consists of three types of data roaming services: i) Data Roaming Pass, ii) Premium Data Roaming Pass and iii) Top-up Pass.

i) Data Roaming Pass which is charged from $38-$178, divides applicable destinations into Macau (Zone M), Mainland China (Zone A), Major destinations in APAC (Zone B), Major destinations in Europe & US (Zone C) and Other data roaming pass destinations (Zone D), on a per SIM card, per day, per applicable data roaming pass destination. A day means 24 hour after first data roaming usage at the applicable data roaming pass destination. Unless otherwise specified, when you confirm the use of Data Roaming Pass in the roaming destinations, you understand and agree that we will automatically activate the new Data Roaming Pass at the end of the Data Roaming Pass until you leave that roaming destination. We will deduct the purchased Data Roaming Pass (if any) according to the region you are in or charge according to the destination. ii) Premium Data Roaming Pass which is charged from $58-$198, divides applicable destinations into Macau (Zone M), Mainland China (Zone A), Major destinations in APAC (Zone B), Major destinations in Europe & US (Zone C) and Other data roaming pass Destinations (Zone D), on a per SIM card, per day, per applicable data roaming pass destination. iii) Top-up Pass, which divides destinations not applicable to Data Roaming Pass into Non data roaming pass destinations (Zone E) and Maritime / Satellite Roaming (Zone F), is charged on a per SIM card, per zone basis which the mobile data roaming service will be valid for 14 days after starting to use the data roaming service and customer needs to top-up and pay for additional Top-up Pass fee in order to continue the mobile data roaming service from Applicable Destinations. 2. “STD” stands for Specified Time Difference and is the time difference between Hong Kong and the Data Roaming Pass Applicable Roaming Destinations of the Service with reference to “Coordinated Universal Time” (UTC) standard. For those Data Roaming Pass Applicable Roaming Destinations that have multiple UTC, time zones and/or observe daylight saving, only one STD will apply as set out on our website. 3 i) The service of Data Roaming Pass (charges: $38-$178 per day) applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream), VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. ii) The service of Premium Data Roaming Pass (charges: $58-$198 per day) applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, BitTorrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream) or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers.The Mobile Data roaming available for this service is 2GB per day, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you breach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.

4. This Service is only available to selected Personal Account customers. By subscribing to the Service, you understand and agree that you may only use the Services via the Applicable Roaming Operators of the selected Applicable Roaming Destinations as set out above or as from time to time updated on our website atwww.hkcsl.com.

5. You understand and agree that once you have subscribed to the Service, we will base on your preference when you use the Roaming Service at the Roaming Destinations, we will send the respective SMS to you whenever applicable.

6. If the Data Roaming Pass and the Top-up Pass are selected simultaneously covering the same Zones, the Data Roaming Pass will take priority in deduction of data roaming usage. If you use Mobile Data roaming in any Non-Applicable Data Roaming Pass Destinations (Zone E or Zone F) or with non-Applicable Data Roaming Pass Operators, you will be charged the rate as per Top-up Pass and the charging unit is charged at per MB basis.

7. 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to csl 5G service plan customers or csl service plan customers who are enabled to access to csl 5G network services. Customer must register and activate IDD, Roaming and Data Roaming Pass service, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks. 9. You understand and agree that once you have subscribed to the Service, you must pay the fee upon your use of Mobile Data roaming at the Applicable Roaming Destinations or Non-Applicable Roaming Destinations. While you are roaming in an Applicable Roaming Destination, there may be situations (eg: over spilling of radio signals from a destination geographically located near the Applicable Roaming Destination) where you may be automatically switched to roam on a different destination’s network with stronger radio signal (“Other Network”).

10. The actual experience of the Service will be affected depending on where you roam and the roaming operator you roam with.

11. We reserve the right to change the Service and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes will be subject to our final decision.

12. The Service is subject to the terms and conditions of our Mobile Service Agreement and the terms and conditions of any third party suppliers.

Volume Data Roaming Pass Package Terms & Conditions:

1. Volume Data Roaming Pass Package – Mainland China & Macau 30-Day 1GB / 3GB / 6GB provides 1 data roaming pass with 1GB / 3GB / 6GB data roaming applicable to mainland China and Macau only (Allows to use for 30 days continuously upon the activation date of data roaming pass).

2. Volume Data Roaming Pass Package – Key APAC Destinations 30-Day 6GB / 10GB provides 1 data roaming pass with 6GB / 10GB data roaming applicable to Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam only (Allows to use for 30 days continuously upon the activation date of data roaming pass).

3 Volume Data Roaming Pass Package – Key Europe & Americas Destinations 30-Day 3GB / 5GB / 10GB provides 1 data roaming pass with 3GB / 5GB /10GB data roaming applicable to Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Guam, Guernsey, Hawaii, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Rota, Saipan, Spain, State of Vatican City, Sweden, Switzerland, Tinian, United Kingdom, United States and US Virgin Islands only (Allows to use for 30 days continuously upon the activation date of data roaming pass).

6. Volume Data Roaming Pass Package can only be subscribed in Hong Kong. Volume Data Roaming Pass Package remains valid for 3 months from the date of subscription (“Validity Period”). All remaining entitlement will be forfeited upon expiry of Validity Period and prevailing roaming rates will apply.

7. If customer has used up 1 / 3 / 5 / 6 / 10GB entitlement of Volume Data Roaming Pass Package, customer needs to use a new data roaming pass or a new Volume Data Roaming Pass package to continue using roaming data. If customer would like to purchase a data roaming pass, customer can enjoy the Data Roaming Pass on a pay as you go basis at the following discounted prices during the Validity of this Package: Roaming Zone A/B: $28 per pass; Roaming Zone C: $69 per pass. Data Roaming Pass is charged on a per SIM card, per day, per applicable data roaming pass destination. 8. Upon customers subscribe to Volume Data Roaming Pass Package, CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) will send them a Short-Message-Service (“SMS”) to confirm the activation of Volume Data Roaming Pass Package and advise the customers that they could set up the roaming preference for their data roaming needs via the csl service app.

9. If customer with Volume Data Roaming Pass, Data Roaming Pass Package and other Data Roaming Pass entitlement, the data roaming usage will be deducted from the Volume Data Roaming Pass with earlier validity end date first, then it will be deducted from the data roaming pass with earlier validity end date.

10. Unless otherwise specified, Volume Data Roaming Pass Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is neither non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.

11. Unless otherwise specified, Volume Data Roaming Pass activation mode is default as automatic activation.

12. 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to csl 5G service plan customers or csl service plan customers who are enabled to access to csl 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, data roaming pass, and use designated compatible 5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks. 13. 5G Data Roaming service may not completely cover all locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.

14. Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Validity Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and CSL shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture. CSL reserves the right to terminate or amend these offers and terms and conditions at any time without notice.

15. In case of any dispute, the decision of CSL is final.

16. In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

• 月費 $29 計劃 24 個月承諾期包括 25 張日數通行證；36 個月承諾期包括 38 張日數通行證。

• 月費 $39 計劃 24 個月承諾期包括 36 張日數通行證；36 個月承諾期包括 54 張日數通行證。

• 月費 $49 計劃 24 個月承諾期包括 48 張日數通行證；36 個月承諾期包括 72 張日數通行證。

3. 如客戶未有登記國際直撥電話及漫遊服務，或已申請「暫停流動數據漫遊服務」，在訂購日數通行證每月計劃後，即表示客戶同意啟用國際直撥電話及漫遊服務，並同意「開啟流動數據漫遊服務」。

4. 除非根據本條款及細則第6條另行延長，否則通行證僅於承諾期內有效。

5. 於承諾期屆滿後，除非　閣下於承諾期結束前[至少30日]致電我們的熱線25 123 123 向我們作出其他指示，否則

a. 本服務將根據無合約期計劃的條款及細則(http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass)，按月自動轉入[無合約期日數通行證每月計劃]（「無合約期計劃」）；

b. 我們將向客戶收取無合約期計劃的原月費（與承諾期內的月費相同）或最新現行月費，直至　閣下提前30日致電我們的熱線25123123 通知終止該計劃為止；及

6. 如此服務根據本條款及細則第5條轉入無合約計劃，則在本服務承諾期內的通行證（「初始通行證」）的有效期將由原到期日再作一次性延長，最多達12個月，直至無合約計劃終止為止。

例如，倘初始通行證將於2022年12月31日到期，則初始通行證的新到期日將為(i)2023年12月31日或(ii) 無合約期計劃實際終止日期（以較早者為准）。

7. 如客戶同時享有其他的日數通行證，將先扣除有效期先完結的日數通行證。

8. 如客戶同時使用「大中華」服務計劃或「中港澳」服務計劃，此服務將不適用於「大中華」服務計劃或「中港澳」服務計劃所覆蓋的地區。

4. 此服務可在承諾期後由指定的已訂約日數通行證每月計劃自動轉為訂購無合約計劃後繼續使用。

5. 通行證將在每 3 個月的首月配送（按服務收費表計算），自服務啟用之日起 12 個月內有效

• 月費 $29 計劃於合約期後將在每 3 個月的首月配送 2 張日數通行證。

1. 本服務包括三種類型的數據漫遊服務: i）日數通行證、ii）升級日數通行證及 iii）增值通行證

i) 日數通行證把已覆蓋數據漫遊地區劃分為5個區域，分別為澳門 (M 區域) 、中國內地 (A 區域) 、主要亞太地區 (B 區域) 、主要歐美地區 (C 區域) 、其他通行證地區 (D 區域)。收費為 $38-$178， 以每 SIM 卡、每日、每個指定通行證於一個日數通行證漫遊地區計算。一日是指於指定的日數通行證漫遊地區開始使用數據漫遊後的 24 小時內。除非另有指明，當你在漫遊地區並確認使用日數通行證時，你明白及同意我們將會於日數通行證完結時自動啟用新的日數通行證。我們會按照你身處之地區扣除已預購之日數通行證(如有) 或按該地區之收費收取。有關日數通行證的服務內容及收費詳情，請瀏覽我們網站  http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass 。

iii) 增值通行證把日數通行證未覆蓋之地區劃分為2個區域，分別為非通行證地區 (E 區域) 及海事/衛星漫遊 (F 區域)。收費以每 SIM 卡、每區域、於指定區域開始使用數據漫遊起 14 日內按用量計算。已購買增值通行證的數據漫遊用量，只可於所購買漫遊區域內的漫遊地區使用。有關增值通行證之數據漫遊地區及區域劃分、服務內容及收費詳情，請瀏覽我們網站 http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass。當增值通行證之數據漫遊量耗盡時，你的流動數據漫遊服務會被暫時停止直至你再購買增值通行證之數據漫遊用量，才可於當地恢復使用流動數據漫遊服務。

5. 登記本服務時，你明白及同意我們按你的選擇，當你在漫遊地區時，收取我們發送有關本服務的訊息給你。

6. 如你於同一個區域同時選擇使用日數通行證及增值通行證，日數通行證將被優先扣除。如你於 E 區域或 F 區域或以非指定日數通行證適用之網絡商使用數據漫遊，該費用將根據增值通行證服務的收費計算，計算收費單位為 MB。

9. 你明白及同意於登記本服務後，除非你取消本服務，不論你是否在本服務之日數通行證適用地區使用流動數據漫遊時，我們將按本服務日數通行證之收費收取。當你於指定日數通行證地區使用漫遊服務時，可能會有些情況引致你的漫遊服務換至其他地區具有較強網絡訊號的網絡商（“其他網絡商”）（例如：因其他地區地理上鄰近指定日數通行證地區的網絡訊號，其超越指定之日數通行證適用的網絡訊號）。

10. 本服務質素會視乎你在不同的日數通行證地區或使用不同漫遊網絡商而受到影響。

11. 我們保留權利隨時更改本服務和本條款及細則，恕不另行通知。所有事宜及爭議，概以我們之決定為準。

12. 本服務受我們流動通訊服務協議及第三方供應商的條款及細則約束。

「數據流量組合」條款及細則：

1. 「數據流量組合」 - 中國內地及澳門 30 日 1GB /2GB /5GB/ 10GB 提供 1 張 1GB /2GB /5GB/ 10GB 日數通行證 (由通行證啟用日起計可連續使用 30 日)，並只適用於中國內地及澳門。

2. 「數據流量組合」 - 主要亞太地區 30 日 6 / 10GB 提供 1 張 6 / 10GB 日數通行證 (由通行證啟用日起計可連續使用 30 日)，並只適用於澳洲、柬埔寨、印度、印尼、日本、馬來西亞、新西蘭、菲律賓、新加坡、南韓、台灣、泰國及越南。

5. 數據流量組合適用於以下所列出的流動數據漫遊用量，如互聯網瀏覽、漫遊多媒體短訊、WAP 及影音串流等，但不支援 VoIP、Bit Torrent、點對點文件共享（如 FTP 文件共享及視訊品會議攝影機）、Peer Casting 應用程式（如 PPLive 網絡電視、PPStream 網絡電視）、VPN Tunnel 服務、公司電郵服務、商務推廣活動或任何可能對我們的網絡或其他客戶構成有害或不利的方法。請注意有關實際速度及實際之網絡體驗會因應當地漫遊網絡不同因素而有所影響，包括互聯網情況、伺服器速度、網絡情況、覆蓋範圍、地點、所使用之裝置、硬件、軟件、用量水平及其他因素。如你違反本服務之條款及細則，我們有權暫停或終止你使用本服務。

6. 數據流量組合只可於香港本地境內申請，使用有效期由購買當天起計為 3 個月(「有效期」) 。未使用之數據流量組合於有效期後自動失效，其後將會根據該服務當時之漫遊費用收取。

7. 當客戶於數據流量組合有效期内，使用完數據流量組合内的1GB /2GB /5GB/ 10GB漫遊數據後，客戶需選購新的日數通行證或數據流量組合方可繼續使用漫遊數據。如客戶選購日數通行證，其後按使用每張日數通行證作以下收費: 漫遊區域A/B: $28/張; 漫遊區域C: $69/張。日數通行證以每 SIM 卡、每日、每個指定通行證於一個日數通行證漫遊地區計算。一日是指於指定的日數通行證漫遊地區開始使用數據漫遊後的 24 小時內。除非另有指明，當你在漫遊地區並確認使用日數通行證時，你明白及同意我們將會於日數通行證完結時自動啟用新的日數通行證。漫遊區域覆蓋地區:

10. 除特別註明外，數據流量組合不能與其他折扣、推廣或優惠同時使用。亦不能轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品/服務。

11. 除非另有說明，數據流量組合的啟動模式預設為自動啟動。

15. 如有任何爭議，香港移動通訊保留最終決定權。

16. 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。

日数通行证每月计划（承诺期后即自动转为无合约期计划）条款及细则：

2. 本服务适用于已启用国际直拨电话、漫游服务、日数通行证服务，并订购本服务 24 或 36 个月（「承诺期」）的指定 csl 月费服务计划客户。 

-  月费 $29 计划：24 个月承诺期包括 25 张日数通行证；36 个月承诺期包括 38 张日数通行证。 

-  月费 $39 计划：24 个月承诺期包括 36 张日数通行证；36 个月承诺期包括 54 张日数通行证。 

-  月费 $49 计划：24 个月承诺期包括 48 张日数通行证；36 个月承诺期包括 72 张日数通行证。 

-  月费 $69 计划：24 个月承诺期包括 48 张日数通行证；36 个月承诺期包括 72 张日数通行证。 

3. 若客户未有登记国际直拨电话及漫游服务，或已申请「暂停流动数据漫游服务」，在订购日数通行证每月计划后，即表示客户同意启用国际直拨电话及漫游服务，并同意「开启流动数据漫游服务」。 

4. 除非根据本条款及细则第 6 条另行延长，否则通行证仅于承诺期内有效。 

5. 于承诺期届满后，除非阁下于承诺期结束前【至少 30 日】致电我们的热线 25 123 123 向我们作出其他指示，否则： 

a. 本服务将根据无合约期计划的条款及细则（http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass），按月自动转入【无合约期日数通行证每月计划】（「无合约期计划」）； 

b. 我们将向客户收取无合约期计划的原月费（与承诺期内的月费相同）或最新现行月费，直至阁下提前 30 日致电我们的热线 2512 3123 通知终止该计划为止；及 

6. 若本服务根据本条款及细则第 5 条转入无合约计划，则在本服务承诺期内的通行证（「初始通行证」）的有效期将由原到期日再作一次性延长，最多达 12 个月，直至无合约计划终止为止。 

例如，倘若初始通行证将于 2022 年 12 月 31 日到期，则初始通行证的新到期日将为 (i) 2023 年 12 月 31 日或 (ii) 无合约期计划实际终止日期（以较早者为准）。 

7. 如客户同时享有其他的日数通行证，将先扣除有效期先结束的日数通行证。 

8. 如客户同时使用「大中华」服务计划或「中港澳」服务计划，本服务将不适用于「大中华」服务计划或「中港澳」服务计划所覆盖的地区。 

9. 本服务适用于日数通行证（每张收费为 $38–$178）。日数通行证适用于以下所列出的流动数据漫游用量，如互联网浏览、漫游多媒体短信、WAP 及影音串流等，但不支持 VoIP、Bit Torrent、点对点文件共享（如 FTP 文件共享及视频会议摄像机）、Peer Casting 应用程序（如 PPLive 网络电视、PPStream 网络电视）、VPN Tunnel 服务、公司电邮服务、商务推广活动或任何可能对我们的网络或其他客户构成有害或不利的方法。本服务每张日数通行证可使用的数据漫游用量为 1GB，其后相关速度上限为 512kbps。请注意，实际速度及使用数据速度的体验则视乎当地漫游网络。如你违反本服务之条款及细则，我们有权暂停或终止你使用本服务。

无合约期日数通行证每月计划（承诺期后）： 

1. 无合约期日数通行证每月计划（「本服务」）受日数通行证的特别条款及细则限制。详情请浏览 http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass。 

2. 本服务适用于已启动国际直拨电话、漫游服务、日数通行证服务及订购本服务 24、30 或 36 个月（「承诺期」）的指定 csl 月费服务计划客户。 

3. 如客户未注册登记国际直拨电话及漫游服务，或已申请「暂停流动数据漫游服务」，在订购日数通行证每月计划后，即表示客户同意启动国际直拨电话及漫游服务，并同意「开启流动数据漫游服务」。 

4. 本服务可在承诺期后由指定的已订约日数通行证每月计划自动转为订购无合约计划后继续使用。 

5. 通行证将在每 3 个月的首月配送（按服务收费表计算），自服务启用之日起 12 个月内有效： 

-  月费 $29 计划于合约期后将在每 3 个月的首月配送 2 张日数通行证。 

-  月费 $39 计划于合约期后将在每 3 个月的首月配送 3 张日数通行证。 

-  月费 $49 计划于合约期后将在每 3 个月的首月配送 4 张日数通行证。 

-  月费 $69 计划于合约期后将在每 3 个月的首月配送 4 张日数通行证。 

6. 客户可于无合约期计划订阅期内至少提前 30 日或在承诺期结束前【至少 30 日】发出通知终止订购无合约计划。

iii）增值通行证把日数通行证未覆盖之地区划分为 2 个区域，分别为非通行证地区（E 区域）及海事/卫星漫游（F 区域）。收费以每 SIM 卡、每区域、于指定区域开始使用数据漫游起 14 日内按用量计算。已购买增值通行证的数据漫游用量，只可于所购买漫游区域内的漫游地区使用。有关增值通行证之数据漫游地区及区域划分、服务内容及收费详情，请浏览我们网站 http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass。当增值通行证之数据漫游量耗尽时，你的流动数据漫游服务会被暂时停止，直至你再购买增值通行证之数据漫游用量，方可于当地恢复使用流动数据漫游服务。 

2. 指定时间差别（STD）指根据世界标准时间（UTC）为标准，香港及日数通行证适用地区之间的时差。多个 UTC、时区及/或夏令之指定漫游地区，只会有一个 STD 适用于其指定日数通行证之地区，详情请浏览我们网站 www.hkcsl.com。 

3. i）本服务之日数通行证（每张收费为 $38–$178）适用于以下所列出的流动数据漫游用量，如互联网浏览、漫游多媒体短信、WAP 及影音串流等，但不支持 VoIP、Bit Torrent、点对点文件共享（如 FTP 文件共享及视频会议摄像机）、PeerCasting 应用程序（如 PPLive 网络电视、PPStream 网络电视）、VPN Tunnel 服务、公司电邮服务、商务推广活动或任何可能对我们的网络或其他客户构成有害或不利的方法。本服务每张日数通行证可使用的数据漫游用量为 1GB，其后相关速度上限为 512kbps。请注意，实际速度及使用数据速度的体验则视乎当地漫游网络。如你违反本服务之条款及细则，我们有权暂停或终止你使用本服务。 

ii）本服务之升级日数通行证（每张收费为 $58–$198）适用于以下所列出的流动数据漫游用量，如互联网浏览、漫游多媒体短信、WAP 及影音串流等，但不支持 VoIP、Bit Torrent、点对点文件共享（如 FTP 文件共享及视频会议摄像机）、Peer Casting 应用程序（如 PPLive 网络电视、PPStream 网络电视）、商务推广活动或任何可能对我们的网络或其他客户构成有害或不利的方法。本服务每张日数通行证可使用的数据漫游用量为 2GB，其后相关速度上限为 512kbps。请注意，实际速度及使用数据速度的体验则视乎当地漫游网络。如你违反本服务之条款及细则，我们有权暂停或终止你使用本服务。 

4. 本服务只适用于指定的个人客户。当登记本服务时，你明白及同意于上述或我们网站 www.hkcsl.com 不时更新之指定日数通行证地区的指定网络商提供本服务。 

5. 登记本服务时，你明白及同意我们按你的选择，当你在漫游地区时，收取我们发送有关本服务的讯息给你。 

6. 如你于同一个区域同时选择使用日数通行证及增值通行证，日数通行证将被优先扣除。如你于 E 区域或 F 区域或以非指定日数通行证适用之网络商使用数据漫游，该费用将根据增值通行证服务的收费计算，计算收费单位为 MB。 

7. 5G 数据漫游服务：5G 数据漫游服务只适用于指定 csl 5G 服务计划或可使用 csl 5G 网络服务之 csl 服务计划客户。客户须同时登记及启动 IDD、漫游服务及日数通行证，并以指定可支援手机型号及软件版本于指定漫游地区及网络，才可享用 5G 数据漫游服务。详情：http://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareastc 

8. 5G 数据漫游服务需视乎当地漫游网络的 5G 网络覆盖。在一些没有 5G 网络覆盖的位置，会自动转为 4G LTE 或其他合适的网络服务。 

9. 你明白及同意于登记本服务后，除非你取消本服务，不论你是否在本服务之日数通行证适用地区使用流动数据漫游时，我们将按本服务日数通行证之收费收取。当你于指定日数通行证地区使用漫游服务时，可能会有些情况引致你的漫游服务切换至其他地区具有较强网络讯号的网络商（「其他网络商」）（例如：因其他地区地理上邻近指定日数通行证地区的网络讯号，其超越指定之日数通行证适用的网络讯号）。 

10. 本服务质素会视乎你在不同的日数通行证地区或使用不同漫游网络商而受到影响。 

11. 我们保留权利随时更改本服务和本条款及细则，恕不另行通知。所有事宜及争议，概以我们的决定为准。 

12. 本服务受我们的流动通讯服务协议及第三方供应商的条款及细则约束。 

「数据流量组合」条款及细则： 

1.「数据流量组合」- 中国内地及澳门 30 日 1GB / 2GB / 5GB / 10GB 提供 1 张 1GB / 2GB / 5GB / 10GB 日数通行证（由通行证启用日起可连续使用 30 日），并只适用于中国内地及澳门。 

2.「数据流量组合」- 主要亚太地区 30 日 6 / 10GB 提供 1 张 6 / 10GB 日数通行证（由通行证启用日起可连续使用 30 日），并只适用于澳洲、柬埔寨、印度、印尼、日本、马来西亚、新西兰、菲律宾、新加坡、南韩、台湾、泰国及越南。 

3.「数据流量组合」- 主要欧美地区 30 日 3 / 5 / 10GB 提供 3 / 5 / 10GB 日数通行证（由通行证启用日起可连续使用 30 日），并只适用于奥地利、加拿大、丹麦、法国、德国、直布罗陀、关岛、根西岛、夏威夷、爱尔兰、意大利、泽西岛、列支敦士登、荷兰、波多黎各、罗塔岛、塞班岛、西班牙、葡萄牙、梵蒂冈、瑞典、瑞士、天宁岛、美国、英国及美属维尔京群岛。 

4. 数据流量组合适用于指定 csl 月费服务计划之个人客户。客户须同时登记 IDD、漫游服务及日数通行证，才可享用此数据流量组合，并受相关的特别条款及细则约束，详情请浏览 http://e.hkcsl.com/datapass。如客户尚未登记 IDD 及漫游服务或同时已申请【暂停流动数据服务】，选用数据流量组合即代表客户已同意开启 IDD 及漫游服务并同意【开启流动数据服务】。 

5. 数据流量组合适用于以下所列出的流动数据漫游用量，如互联网浏览、漫游多媒体短信、WAP 及影音串流等，但不支持 VoIP、Bit Torrent、点对点文件共享（如 FTP 文件共享及视频会议摄像机）、Peer Casting 应用程序（如 PPLive 网络电视、PPStream 网络电视）、VPN Tunnel 服务、公司电邮服务、商务推广活动或任何可能对我们的网络或其他客户构成有害或不利的方法。请注意，有关实际速度及实际的网络体验会因应当地漫游网络不同因素而有所影响，包括互联网情况、服务器速度、网络情况、覆盖范围、地点、所使用之装置、硬件、软件、用量水平及其他因素。如你违反本服务之条款及细则，我们有权暂停或终止你使用本服务。 

6. 数据流量组合只可于香港本地境内申请，使用有效期由购买当天起计为 3 个月（「有效期」）。未使用之数据流量组合于有效期后自动失效，其后将会根据该服务当时之漫游费用收取。 

7. 当客户于数据流量组合有效期内，使用完数据流量组合内的 1GB / 2GB / 5GB / 10GB 漫游数据后，客户需选购新的日数通行证或数据流量组合方可继续使用漫游数据。如客户选购日数通行证，其后按使用每张日数通行证作以下收费：漫游区域 A/B：$28/张；漫游区域 C：$69/张。日数通行证以每 SIM 卡、每日、每个指定通行证于一个日数通行证漫游地区计算。一日是指于指定的日数通行证漫游地区开始使用数据漫游后的 24 小时内。除非另有指明，当你在漫游地区并确认使用日数通行证时，你明白及同意我们将会于日数通行证完结时自动启用新的日数通行证。漫游区域覆盖地区： 

-  漫游区域 A：中国内地及澳门 

-  漫游区域 B：澳洲、柬埔寨、印度、印尼、日本、马来西亚、新西兰、菲律宾、新加坡、南韩、台湾、泰国及越南 

-  漫游区域 C：奥地利、比利时、加拿大、丹麦、法国、德国、关岛、根西岛、爱尔兰、英国曼岛、意大利、泽西岛、列支敦士登、卢森堡、荷兰、葡萄牙、波多黎各、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、英国、美国、美属维尔京群岛及梵蒂冈 

客户于数据流量组合有效期过后，其后收费将会根据日数通行证当时之费用收取。详情：http://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareastc 

8. 当客户选用数据流量组合，香港移动通讯有限公司（「香港移动通讯」）会发出一条短信通知客户确认服务启动，并建议客户透过 csl 服务应用程序选择合适的数据漫游设定。 

9. 如客户同时选用数据流量组合、预购漫游组合及享有其他的日数通行证，将先扣除有效期先结束的数据流量组合，其后会扣除有效期先结束的日数通行证。 

10. 除特别注明外，数据流量组合不能与其他折扣、推广或优惠同时使用，亦不能转让或兑换现金或其他产品/服务。 

11. 除非另有说明，数据流量组合的启动模式预设为自动启动。 

12. 5G 数据漫游服务：5G 数据漫游服务只适用于指定 csl 5G 服务计划或可使用 csl 5G 网络服务之 csl 服务计划客户。客户须同时登记及启动 IDD、漫游服务及日数通行证，并以指定可支援手机型号及软件版本于指定漫游地区及网络，才可享用 5G 数据漫游服务。详情：http://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareastc 

13. 5G 数据漫游服务需视乎当地漫游网络的 5G 网络覆盖。在一些没有 5G 网络覆盖的位置，会自动转为 4G LTE 或其他合适的网络服务。 

14. 如客户于有效期完结前或期间提前终止流动通讯服务将视作放弃相关数据漫游服务。香港移动通讯不会就客户放弃此权利而负上任何责任。香港移动通讯有权随时终止或更改此数据漫游服务及本条款及细则而无需事先通知。 

15. 如有任何争议，香港移动通讯保留最终决定权。 

16. 如中、英文两个版本有任何抵触或不相符之处，应以英文版本为准。
