[Now! Chill 娛樂年費計劃服務計劃]
服務計劃條款及細則：
1. 此「Now! Chill 娛樂年費計劃」港幣788元、港幣988元、港幣1,988元及港幣2,988元之服務計劃(「服務計劃」)於承諾期內可享12GB 5G本地流動數據。本合約之「5G」服務計劃使用 5G 網絡。只適用於指定 5G 網絡覆蓋地區及客戶需使用指定可支援的裝置。然而客戶所體驗之實際速度會少於網絡規格，並會因應所使用之裝置、地點、網絡情況及其他因素而有所影響。離開 5G 網絡覆蓋範圍，以 3G / 4.5G 提供流動通訊服務。
2. 本服務計劃附帶同意書須受制於以服務初始啟用日期起生效十二個月承諾期，及隨後的任何延續服務計劃（每個“期限”）。
3. 如你選擇自動延續此附帶同意書，此附帶同意書將於期限屆滿時自動連續延續12個月並按續約時的當時費用延續，後首個賬單結算日自動向你收取費用，相關費用將從您提供予香港移動通訊有限公司(「CSL」)並授權的信用卡中扣除，除非：
(a) 你在本附帶同意書或續約時之附帶同意書承諾期屆滿前至少三十(30)天透過服務熱線或CSL專門店通知CSL其決定；
(b) CSL隨時於期限內通知你以其他方式。關於續約安排，CSL將保留最終決定權。
4. 如你不選擇自動延續此附帶同意書，此附帶同意書將於承諾期到期時終止服務，並儘管有《流動通訊服務協議》第2.3條的規定，我們仍將根據本附帶同意書停止向你提供任何流動通訊服務。
5. 信用戶口自動轉賬直接扣賬授權
應付予本公司的所有費用將從上述信用卡戶口扣賬，直至您通知本公司停止如此行事。就透過信用卡戶口支付款項而產生的任何爭議，您須於相關賬單日期30日內告知本公司，否則，您即被視為放棄對本公司的任何申索。
6. 數據增值服務適用此服務計劃。當你的本地數據用量達到服務計劃包含之數據用量時，你可按需要於該賬單月內購買額外數據用量以繼續使用數據服務， 否則本地數據服務將會被自動暫停。數據用量收費會不時更改，我們將根據當時最新的收費標準向客戶收取有關費用。已購買的額外數據用量只供該賬單月使用；餘下之數據用量不能累積至下一個賬單月。數據用量一經確認購買，有關費用不能退回。
7. 客戶可以透過服務熱線或CSL專門店以當時費用續約此服務計劃，以繼續使用數據服務。續約時，所有剩餘的未使用的計劃用量、得益及優惠（如有）會被即時取消，並且不能轉到下一個續約承諾期內。
8. 於香港發送到1O1O、csl 及 SUN Mobile客戶之文字短訊為網內短訊，每年使用額為500個短訊。於香港傳送至香港其他網絡的用戶之文字短訊則為網外短訊。由香港傳送至海外網絡的用戶之文字短訊則為國際短訊。未超過此使用額，可享每個網外短訊收費港幣0.6元及每個國際短訊收費港幣2元。網外短訊及國際短訊將由上述使用額內扣除。若超過此使用額，其後每個網內短訊將收取港幣0.3元，每個網外短訊將收取港幣0.6元，每個國際短訊將收取港幣2元。每個短訊最多可包括連空白位及標點符號在內160個英文字母或70個非英文字母。如短訊內同時包含英文及非英文字母，字數上限為70。如超過此字數上限，你的短訊將被分拆為幾個短訊發送，每個短訊均需收費。
9. 多媒體短訊之本地其後收費 : 每個港幣2元。
10. 並非所有裝置具有收發短訊及/或支援其他服務的功能，您應該檢查您的裝置是否具有收發短訊及支援其他服務的功能。
11. 除非另有註明，服務計劃內包含之使用量只適用於本地使用。
12. 除非另有註明，服務計劃內包含之使用量以每分鐘為單位，所有不足一分鐘的使用量亦作一分鐘計算。
13. 當您使用來電等候服務並同時接駁多於一條電話線，通話時間將按照所有已接駁電話線之時間總數計算。
14. 服務計劃內包含之使用量只供於上述條款2訂明之合約期內使用。
15. IDD長途電話服務需另外計算本地通話分鐘或本地通話分鐘收費。有關使用指南、其後收費及其他國際長途電話收費詳情，請參閱我們的網頁 http://e.hkcsl.com/idd。

17. 訂購港幣788元、港幣988元、港幣1,988元及港幣2,988元之服務計劃之指定客戶，於完成訂購服務計劃後可享選擇指定Now TV組合12個月通行證 （不連機頂盒）（「Now TV通行證」）。成功訂購服務計劃後，Now TV 通行證啟動代碼（「Now TV 啟動代碼」）將透過 csl 服務應用程式提供給客戶。客戶需於服務計劃生效後30日內，憑csl服務應用程式內優惠券上的啟動碼前往指定Now TV網站(https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code) (“指定 Now TV 網站”)啟動相關Now TV通行證。客戶只能透過指定的 Now TV 網站兌換相關的 Now TV 通行證。Now TV通行證由Now TV啟動碼兌換日起有效期限為12個月並於期滿後失效。Now TV啟動代碼的兌換受相關條款和條件約束。請注意，Now TV 機頂盒服務不適用於 Now TV 通行證及已註冊並連接 Now TV 機上盒的 Now TV 用戶，如果擁有 Now ID，則無法使用服務計劃 (不連機頂盒) 或不適用於 Now TV 機頂盒服務的服務計劃，並且無法透過 Now TV 機頂盒觀看此類訂購內容。若現有 Now TV 客戶欲使用相同 Now ID觀看本計劃包含的Now TV節目內容，該Now ID必須為未曾登記或連接任何Now TV (連機頂盒)服務。若現有 Now TV 客戶已訂購指定Now TV組合並出現組合內容重疊的情況，則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此服務計劃下的Now TV服務。詳情請聯絡我們的銷售人員。Now TV客戶必須擁有 Now ID以透過Now 應用程式 （包括透過網絡串流於特定流動裝置或特定智能電視的Now 應用程式和透過於特定電腦運作系統、瀏覽器及應用程式的Now TV 網站以使用 Now TV 服務，客戶必須以已登記的指定csl服務計劃的流動電話號碼或電郵登記或登入 Now ID 帳戶以收看Now TV 組合 的節目內容。所有節目、内容及賽事取決於權利持有人及/或賽事主辦單位的取消及/或暫停。賽事及節目日期及時間可能會不時變更，請參閱權利持有人及賽事主辦單位官方最新公佈。請務必須知Now TV Limited 並不能確保您所訂購Now TV服務的賽事、內容、頻道、節目及或服務於您的訂購期內會持續播放或提供，及Now TV 服務的頻道內容及節目、以及任何頻道或節目的播出時間可能會不時更改。 Now TV Limited不對任何賽事、內容、頻道及/或節目的播放故障、未能供應或播放延遲承擔責任。客戶使用和有關 Now TV 服務均須遵守於 Now TV 購買前須知、Now TV 條款及條件、Now 應用程式/網站條款及條件、Now TV 服務指南及 Now TV 合約 / Now TV 申請書條款及細則約束，詳情可參閱 www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions 及 https://nowplayer.now.com/setting-sn-termsnconditions-npa。Now TV 服務只適用於指定地區。Now TV 為 HKT 集團之註冊商標。 Now TV Limited保留權利可於任何時間修改本條款及條件、Now TV條款及條件、Now TV 應用程式/網頁條款及條件、Now TV 服務指南之條款及條件及 Now TV 合約/ Now TV 申請書條款及細則而不作事先通知。如有任何爭議，Now TV Limited保留一切最終決定權。
18. 訂購港幣788元服務計劃之指定客戶，可選擇及可享 (1) MOOV 16 bit 音樂服務連 Viu升級會員Lite服務（價值: 港幣1,392元; 或 (2)可享以下一個指定Now TV組合12個月通行證 （不連機頂盒） （「通行證」）: (a) Now 乒乓球組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）（價值: 港幣576元）或 (b) Now 桌球組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）（價值: 港幣576元）或 (c) MotoGP(TM) 組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）（價值: 港幣576元）。若現有 Now TV 客戶（不連機頂盒）已訂購指定Now TV組合或通行證並出現組合內容重疊的情況，則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此計劃下的Now TV服務。 具體來說：（i） Now 乒乓球組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒） 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購Now 乒乓球組合（不連機頂盒）之現有Now TV客戶; 或（ii） Now 桌球組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒） 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購Now 桌球組合（不連機頂盒）之現有Now TV客戶; 或（iii）MotoGP(TM) 組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒） 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購MotoGP(TM) 組合（不連機頂盒）之現有Now TV客戶。
19. 訂購港幣988元服務計劃之指定客戶，可選擇及可享以下一個指定Now TV組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）:亞洲星級娛樂組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）（價值: 港幣1,176元）或 歐美星級娛樂組合 (HBO Max標準方案)12個月通行證（不連機頂盒） （價值: 港幣1,296元）。若現有 Now TV 客戶（不連機頂盒）已訂購指定Now TV組合並出現組合內容重疊的情況，則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此計劃下的Now TV服務。具體來說：（1） 亞洲星級娛樂組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購亞洲星級娛樂組合（不連機頂盒）, 6星級體育及亞洲星級娛樂組合（不連機頂盒）, 亞洲星級娛樂組合+（不連機頂盒）, Now 星級娛樂精選之現有Now TV客戶; （2） 歐美星級娛樂組合(HBO Max標準方案)12個月通行證（不連機頂盒） 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購歐美星級娛樂組合(HBO Max標準/高級方案)（不連機頂盒）, 6星級體育及歐美星級娛樂組合（不連機頂盒）, 歐美星級娛樂組合+（不連機頂盒）, Now 星級娛樂精選 (HBO Max 標準/高級方案)之現有Now TV客戶。 歐美星級娛樂組合中的大部分 HBO Max 節目均可透過 Now TV 應用程式/網站上觀看，其餘節目則僅可在第三方 HBO Max 應用程式觀看。HBO Max 標準計劃可同時在兩部裝置上於第三方 HBO Max 應用程式以全高清畫質觀看。詳情可參閱 https://www.hbomax.com/hk/zh 。有關啟動 HBO Max 應用程式詳情、使用 HBO Max 應用程式與條款及細則。詳情可參閱 https://www.nowtv.now.com/tnc/nowtvwshbomax。
20. 訂購港幣1,988元服務計劃之指定客戶可享以下指定Now TV組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）: beIN SPORTS Super組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）（價值: 港幣2,016元）。若現有 Now TV 客戶（不連機頂盒）已訂購指定Now TV組合並出現組合內容重疊的情況，則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此計劃下的Now TV服務。具體來說：beIN SPORTS Super組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購beIN SPORTS Super組合（不連機頂盒）, 6星級體育及亞洲星級娛樂組合（不連機頂盒）, 6星級體育及歐美星級娛樂組合 (HBO Max 標準/高級方案)（不連機頂盒） 之現有Now TV客戶。
21. 訂購港幣2,988元服務計劃之指定客戶可享以下指定Now TV組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）: 三重足球精選組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）（價值: 港幣2,880元）。若現有 Now TV 客戶（不連機頂盒）已訂購指定Now TV組合並出現組合內容重疊的情況，則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此計劃下的Now TV服務。具體來說：三重足球精選組合12個月通行證（不連機頂盒）不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購三重足球精選組合（不連機頂盒）, 6星級體育及亞洲星級娛樂組合（不連機頂盒）, 6星級體育及歐美星級娛樂組合 (HBO Max 標準/高級方案)（不連機頂盒） 之現有Now TV客戶。
22. 12個月MOOV 16 bit 音樂服務（此服務）條款及細則：
(a) 客戶可於指定 5G 服務計劃承諾期內免費享用MOOV 16 bit 音樂服務，5G 服務計劃承諾期完結後 此服務隨即終止。
(b) 此服務受有關條款及細則約束。詳情請參閱 https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/moov-monthly-package/ 。
23. 12個月Viu升級會員Lite服務（此服務）條款及條件：
(a) 客戶可於指定 5G 服務計劃承諾期內免費享用 Viu 升級會員 Lite 服務，5G 服務計劃承諾期完結後此服務隨即終止。
(b) 此服務受有關條款及細則約束. 詳情請參閱 https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/viu-paid-service/ 。
24. 由 2023 年 7 月 14 號起，所有用 1O1O / csl / Club Sim 服務計劃用戶可豁免於香港地區內 Now TV 應用程式內串流觀看 Now TV 影片時所產生之流動數據用量及其相關收費。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述程式內瀏覽，下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問，流動數據豁免並不適用於觀看 Now TV 應用程式內所播放的視頻廣告、從其他網站 （例如橫幅廣告） 或 / 和從上述程式內定向的任何其他網站 （例如，來自第三方的廣告） 。於程式內瀏覽或下載內容所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用 Now TV 應用程式，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。
25. 有關1O1O / csl用戶使用MOOV豁免流動數據用量條款及細則：
(a) MOOV音樂服務（「MOOV」）及其內容﹑應用程式及網站由MOOV （Hong Kong） Limited提供，MOOV的收費及使用受MOOV條款和條件的約束，詳情可瀏覽 https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html。
(b) 由2023年11月17日起，所有csl 服務計劃用户可豁免於香港地區內使用MOOV應用程式內串流收聽MOOV音樂服務內容所產生之流動數據用量及其相關收費。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述程式內瀏覽，下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問， 流動數據豁免並不適用於從其他網站（例如橫幅廣告）或/和從重上述程式內定向的任何其他網站（例如，來自第三方的廣告）。於程式內瀏覽或下載內容所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從你的1O1O / csl數據服務計劃中扣除。
(c) 如客戶在海外下載及/或使用MOOV應用程式，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。MOOV上的所有內容只限用戶於香港地區內作個人用途，不可作公開或商業播放。
(d) MOOV 上的串流音樂質素取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。香港移動通訊有限公司不是內容的供應商，並不對其質量素作出任何陳述或保證，也不對因此產生或與之相關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。
(e) 本條款及條件以英文版本為準（如有任何僅作參考用的中文版本提供）。如有任何爭議，1O1O / csl將保留最終決定權。
26. 有關CSL用戶使用 Viu付費服務豁免流動數據用量條款及細則:
Viu付費服務(「 Viu 」)及其內容﹑應用程式及網站由 PCCW OTT (Hong Kong) Limited提供， Viu的收費及使用受Viu條款和條件的約束(詳情可於 www.viu.com/ott/hk 上瀏覽)。由2026年3月1日起，所有1O1O / csl 服務計劃用户可豁免於香港地區內使用Viu網站及應用程式內串流收看Viu內容所產生之流動數據用量及其相關收費。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述程式內瀏覽，下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於從其他網站（例如橫幅廣告）或/和從上述程式內定向的任何其他網站（例如，來自第三方的廣告）。於網站及程式內瀏覽或下載內容所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的1O1O / csl數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用Viu網站及應用程式，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。 Viu上的所有內容只限用戶於香港地區內作個人用途，不可作公開或商業播放。 Viu上的串流內容質素取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。香港移動通訊有限公司不是內容的供應商，並不對其質量素作出任何陳述或保證，也不對因此產生或與之相關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。本條款及條件以英文版本為準（如有任何僅作參考用的中文版本提供）。如有任何爭議，1O1O / csl將保留最終決定權。
27. 世界一級方程式錦標賽、歐洲聯賽冠軍盃(歐聯)、歐霸盃(歐霸)、歐洲協會聯賽(歐協聯)、德國甲組足球聯賽、意大利甲組足球聯賽、法國甲組足球聯賽、土耳其足球超級聯賽、澳洲網球公開賽及法國網球公開賽由beIN SPORTS提供。所有節目、内容及賽事取決於權利持有人及/或賽事主辦單位的取消及/或暫停。賽事及節目日期及時間可能會不時變更，請參閱權利持有人及賽事主辦單位官方公佈。請務必須知本公司並不能確保您所訂購Now TV服務的賽事、內容、頻道、節目及或服務於您的訂購期內會持續播放或提供，及Now TV 服務的頻道內容及節目、以及任何頻道或節目的播出時間可能會不時更改。 Now TV Limited不對任何賽事、內容、頻道及/或節目的播放故障、未能供應或播放延遲承擔責任。
28. Now TV將於香港獨家播放2026/27至2030/31季度的全部英格蘭超級足球聯賽賽事。英格蘭超級足球聯賽賽事(2026/27球季) 之指定場次將以4K解析度傳送*。 Now TV亦將播放2026/27至2028/29季度西班牙甲組足球聯賽。所有節目、内容及賽事取決於權利持有人及/或賽事主辦單位的取消及/或暫停。賽事及節目日期及時間可能會不時變更，請參閱權利持有人及賽事主辦單位官方公佈。請務必須知Now TV Limited並不能保證 (i) 上述提及的相關賽事的每個賽季的所有場次均設有直播；及 (ii) 您所訂購Now TV服務中的賽事、內容、頻道、節目及或服務於您的訂購期內會持續播放或提供；Now TV 服務的頻道內容及節目，以及任何頻道或節目的播出時間可能會不時更改。 Now TV Limited不對任何賽事、內容、頻道及/或節目的播放故障、未能供應或播放延遲承擔責任。*請注意，Now TV服務有關節目內容的廣播質素有可能受多方因素影響，包括網絡覆蓋、由內容供應商所提供的節目質素，以及Now TV設備，您的流動設備，影音裝置及網絡連線速度。詳情請參閱「升級至高清/4K條款及條件」。
29. 優惠期至另行通知。服務計劃所包含的服務受該服務之條款及細則約束（如有及如適用），我們有權隨時終止或更改此服務計劃、優惠及本條款及細則而不作另行通知。請參閱我們的網頁 www.hkcsl.com 。如有任何爭議，我們保留最終決定權。
30. 如英文版與中文版之間有任何不一致，以英文版為準。
31. 本條款及細則受香港特別行政區法律約束。
[Now! Chill Entertainment Annual Plan]
Service Plan Terms and Conditions:
1. This Now! Chill Entertainment Annual Plan (“Service Plan”) at HK$788, HK$988, HK$1,988 and HK$2,988 includes 12GB 5G local data within the commitment period of 12 months. The “5G” service plan under this contract uses the 5G network. It is only available in designated 5G coverage areas, and customers must use specified compatible devices. However, the actual speed experienced by customers will be lower than the network specifications and may vary depending on the device used, location, network conditions, and other factors. When outside the 5G coverage area, mobile communication services will be provided via 3G / 4.5G networks.
2. This Supplemental Agreement is subject to a 12-month commitment period from the date of commencement for the initial term, and for any subsequent renewal term (each a “Term”).
3. If you elect to renew this Supplemental Agreement automatically, this Supplemental Agreement shall be automatically renewed upon expiry of a Term for successive periods of 12 months each at the fee prevailing at the time of renewal, and the relevant subscription fees will be automatically charged on the next billing date to your credit card that you have provided and authorized CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) to make a payment from. UNLESS :-
(a) you notify CSL otherwise via the hotline or retail shops of CSL at least thirty (30) days before the expiration of an existing or renewed term of this Supplemental Agreement;
(b) CSL notify you otherwise at any time during a Term. CSL reserves the right of final decision as to any renewal arrangement.
4. If you do not elect to renew this Supplemental Agreement automatically, this Supplemental Agreement shall terminate upon the expiry at the Commitment Period and we shall cease to provide any mobile service to you in accordance with this Supplemental Agreement notwithstanding any contrary provisions in the Mobile Service Agreement.
5. Direct Debit Authorization For Autopay Via Credit Card Account
All charges payable to us shall be charged to the above credit card account until you tell us not to do so. Any dispute relating to amounts paid via the above credit card account must be communicated to us within 30 days from the date of the bill concerned. If you do not do so, you shall be deemed to have waived any claim against us.
6. Data top-up packs are available for the Service Plan. When your annual data entitlement is exhausted, you can purchase extra data within the bill month based on your needs to continue using the data service. Otherwise, data services shall be suspended automatically. Extra data fee is subject to change, we will charge the customers at the prevailing fee. The purchased extra data is only applicable to the bill month that it was purchased. Any remaining data cannot be carried forward. Once the top-up data has been purchased, the related payment will not be refunded.
7. Customer may continue to enjoy data services by renewing this Service Plan at the fee prevailing at the time of renewal via our hotline or by visiting our CSL stores. Upon renewal, all remaining unused entitlement and benefits (if any) shall be forfeited forthwith and cannot be carried forward to the subsequent renewed period.
8. Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota") per contract. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the Quota, you can enjoy sending any Inter-network SMS at HK$0.6 per SMS and International SMS at HK$2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is HK$0.3 per Intra-network SMS; HK$0.6 per Inter-network SMS; and HK$2 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
9. Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: HK$2 per MMS.
10. Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
11. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only.
12. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
13. When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.
14. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next contract and will be forfeited at the end of the committed contract period as stated in clause 2.
15. For each IDD call, local airtime will be counted or be charged. For details of user guide, the Thereafter Charges and other IDD Charges, please refer to our website http://e.hkcsl.com/idd.
16. For each roaming voice call, local airtime will be counted or be charged. Please visit http://e.hkcsl.com/roaming-e for roaming voice charges details.
17. Customers who subscribe to the Service Plan at HK$788, HK$988, HK$1,988 and HK$2,988 may enjoy a designated Now TV pack 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (each a “Now TV Pass”) after the subscription to the Service Plan. Upon successful subscription to the Service Plan, the activation code to the Now TV Pass (“Now TV Activation Code”) will be provided to such customer through the csl service app. The customer may activate the relevant Now TV Pass on the designated Now TV website (https://s.nowtv.hk/redeem-code) (“Designated Now TV Website”) within 30 days after the Service Plan becomes effective, using the Activation Code provided on the coupon in the csl service app. Customers can redeem the relevant Now TV Pass only through the Designated Now TV Website. The Now TV Pass will remain valid for 12 months from the redemption date of the Now TV Activation Code and will be terminated thereafter. The redemption of the Now TV Activation Code is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. Please note that Now TV Set-Top Box services are not applicable to the Now TV Pass. Now TV Pass not applicable to Now TV Set-Top Box services cannot be used by a Now TV customer with a Now ID who has registered and connected with a Now TV Set-Top Box, and the content under such subscription cannot be watched via a Now TV Set-Top Box. Customers who subscribe to the Service Plan at HK$788 may either enjoy, (1) MOOV 16 bit Music Service and Viu Premium Lite Service ), valued at HK$1392 per 12-month; or (2) one of the following designated Now TV Passes: (a) the Now Table Tennis Pack 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (valued at HK$576); (b) the Now Snooker Pack 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (valued at HK$576); or (c) the MotoGP(TM) Pack 12-month Pass (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (valued at HK$576) for 12 months. If an existing Now TV customer (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) has already subscribed to designated Now TV pack or pass that result in overlapping content, a different Now ID must be used to register for the Now TV service under this Service Plan. If an existing Now TV customer (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) has already subscribed to designated Now TV pack or pass that result in overlapping content, a different Now ID must be used to register for the Now TV service under this Service Plan. If an existing Now TV customer (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) has already subscribed to designated Now TV pack or pass that result in overlapping content, a different Now ID must be used to register for the Now TV service under this Service Plan. If an existing Now TV customer (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) has already subscribed to designated Now TV pack or pass that result in overlapping content, a different Now ID must be used to register for the Now TV service under this Service Plan. 24. Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl / Club Sim service plan can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now TV app (“App”) in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the App. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
25. Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl users to waive the data usage of MOOV
(a) MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html).
(b) Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads).
(c) The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O / csl data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed.
(d) MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only). In case of any disputes, 1O1O / csl reserve the right to make the final decision.
26. Terms and Conditions for CSL users to waive the data usage of Viu:

The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O / csl data service plan. 27. FORMULA 1®, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Turkish Süper Lig, Australian Open and Roland Garros are provided by beIN SPORTS. All program, content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organisers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches, sporting events and programs may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organisers for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the matches, content, channels, program and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or program are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches, content, channels and/or program.
28. Now TV will broadcast all Premier League matches in Hong Kong exclusively from the 2026/27 to the 2030/31 seasons. Designated matches of Premier League (26/27 season) will be delivered in 4K resolution*. Now TV will also broadcast LALIGA EA SPORTS matches in Hong Kong from the 2026/27 to the 2028/29 seasons. All programs, content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organisers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches, sporting events and programs may be subject to change from time to time. 29. Offer valid until further notice. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. For details, please refer to www.hkcsl.com. In case of dispute, the decision of CSL Mobile Limited shall be final and binding.
30. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
31. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR.
