「HKT x 銀聯指定產品即時折扣優惠」條款及細則

一般條款及細則

1.       「HKT x 銀聯指定產品即時折扣優惠」（「優惠」）只適用於持有由銀聯國際有限公司（「銀聯國際」）所發行卡面帶有銀聯標識的銀聯信用卡及提款卡（即 ATM 卡）、以銀聯手機Pay（包括但不限於 Apple Pay、Samsung Pay 及 Huawei Pay）或銀聯二維碼（包括雲閃付APP或其他支援銀聯二維碼的手機應用程式）(「合資格銀聯卡」)進行支付之持卡人（「持卡人」)，惟香港及澳門指定發卡機構所發行之人民幣銀聯卡除外。持卡人必須使用銀聯卡通過銀聯網絡簽賬，方可享用優惠。其他付款方式如微信支付、WeChat Pay、支付寶、AlipayHK 恕不接受。

2.       推廣期由 2026 年 9 月 18 日至 2026 年 11 月 30 日，包括首尾兩日（「推廣期」）。

3.       當簽賬系統不能處理個別銀聯卡類別時，香港移動通訊有限公司（「CSL」）/ Now TV Limited/ Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (「HKT Opco」)（每個均為「商戶」）可能會不接受有關認可銀聯卡，詳情請向商戶店員查詢。1O1O、csl 及 Club Sim 服務由 CSL 提供；Now TV 服務由 Now TV Limited 提供；網上行寬頻及 HKT 家居電話服務由 HKT Opco 提供。

4.       於推廣期內，持卡人憑合資格銀聯卡選購指定產品作合資格單一淨額簽賬（「合資格簽賬」），可享以下優惠（「優惠」）：

優惠並受以下「HKT x 銀聯指定產品即時折扣優惠」之個別條款及細則約束。

5.       優惠只適用於相關商戶的指定銷售渠道（如零售店、熱線及/或直銷），不包括在線銷售渠道（如 csl eShop 或電子商務平台）（「指定銷售渠道」）。

6.       「單一淨額簽賬」指於推廣期內（根據交易日期）憑合資格銀聯卡作已誌賬並附有銀聯卡簽賬存根正本及商戶購物單據正本的單一淨額簽賬選購指定產品。

7.       優惠適用於扣除所有合資格折扣、減免及現金券價值後的單一淨額簽賬最終金額。其他交易，包括但不限於購買現金券或未發佈/取消/退款/偽造/未經授權的交易均不包括在內。

8.       除非另有說明，優惠不可轉讓或兌換現金或其他優惠。

9.       為免產生疑問，以下類型的交易不會被視為合資格簽賬：

(a) 使用合資格銀聯卡分期付款購買 CSL 之 iPhone for Life 計劃；

(b) 分拆交易付款。

10.   於推廣期内，每張合資格銀聯卡可享優惠兩次。

11.   優惠名額為 3,000 個，並適用於所有合資格持卡人。名額視乎供應情況提供予CSL / Now TV Limited / HKT Opco 的客戶，並以先到先得的方式提供。

12.   優惠亦受指定淨機型號的供應情況限制，並可能由相關商戶不時變更或更新，恕不另行通知。詳情請向相關商戶查詢。

13.   本優惠推廣毋須登記。

14.   如發現任何欺詐、濫用、交易撤銷或取消，銀聯國際保留在未經通知的情況下，從持卡人的合資格銀聯卡賬戶中扣除相當於此優惠的金額的權利。

15.   本優惠僅適用於在促銷期間及優惠發放時，合資格銀聯卡賬戶有效且信用記錄良好的持卡人，否則銀聯國際保留在未經通知的情況下，取消持卡人根據此優惠的權利。

16.   持卡人必須保留所有簽賬存根正本及/或其他文件。如有任何爭議，銀聯國際保留要求客戶提供有關合資格額簽賬存根正本及其他文件或證據的權利，以作核實。所提供之有關簽賬存根正本及其他文件或證據將不獲退回。

17.   持卡人不得濫用本推廣或違反本推廣的規定，否則銀聯國際將在不作通知下從持卡人的戶口扣除優惠的價值及/或採取行動以追討有關金額。

18.   銀聯國際不負責一切有關貨品之事宜。任何有關貨品之責任，一概由商戶負責。詳情請向商戶查詢。

19.   商户並不是銀聯國際交易付款的供應商。商户對任何銀聯國際不作任何陳述或保證，且不會以任何方式就相關之事宜承擔任何責任、損失、損害、費用、索賠。

20.   如這些條款及細則的英文版與中文版之間存在任何不一致，以英文版為準。

21.   如持卡人取消、修改或退款產品，相關的促銷優惠將不會退款或賠償。商戶保留隨時在未經通知的情況下修改這些條款及細則及終止優惠的權利。 所有事宜及爭議均以相關商戶的最終決定為準。

購買指定產品可享高達 HK$650即時折扣

·         持卡人於推廣期内以合資格銀聯卡於1O1O或csl的指定銷售渠道進行單一淨額簽賬購買指定產品*，且淨額簽賬金額達到下表所列金額（「合資格單一淨額簽賬金額」），即可獲得相應的即時折扣（「即時折扣」）：

您提供的個人資料和其他資料（包括卡號碼）以及我們隨後不時收集、生成及/或編纂關於您的其他資料（統稱「資料」）將會由香港移動通訊有限公司、Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited、Now TV Limited及其相關服務供應商並用於使用本優惠及相關服務之用途。 

有關資料的收集、編纂、保留、使用、披露和處理的詳情及與本服務有關的任何進一步資料，均在本服務的適用條款及細則、此《個人資料收集聲明》及香港電訊集團的《私隱聲明》（www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html）。

HKT x UnionPay Standalone Designated Products Instant Discount Offer” Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

1.       “HKT x UnionPay Standalone Designated Products Instant Discount Offer” (“Promotion”) is only applicable to cardholders (“Cardholders”, each a “Cardholder”) of UnionPay Credit and ATM Cards with UnionPay logo, UnionPay Mobile Payment (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Huawei Pay) and UnionPay QR code (including UnionPay APP and other APP supporting UnionPay QR Code), except the RMB cards issued by specific Hong Kong and Macau card issuing institutions with UnionPay International Company Limited (“UnionPay International”) (each an “Eligible UnionPay Card”). To enjoy this Offer, Cardholder must pay via UnionPay network with an Eligible UnionPay Card. WeChat Pay, WeChat Pay HK, Alipay and AlipayHK are not eligible for Offer.  

2.       The promotion period runs from 18 September 2026 to 30 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

3.       CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) / Now TV Limited / Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT Opco”) (each a "Merchant") may reject an Eligible UnionPay Card if its payment system does not cater for the Eligible UnionPay Card type. Please contact HKT staff for details. 1O1O, csl and Club Sim services are provided by CSL; Now TV services are provided by Now TV Limited; NETVIGATOR Broadband and HKT Home Phone services are provided by HKT Opco. 

4.       Cardholders who make an eligible transaction (“Eligible Transaction”) on standalone designated productwith an Eligible UnionPay Card with a Merchant during the Promotion Period shall be entitled to the following offer (“Offer”):

These Offers are further subject to “HKT x UnionPay Standalone Designated Products Instant Discount Offer” Additional Terms and Conditions below.

5.       The Offers are only eligible to designated sales channels (such as retail shops, hotline and/or direct sales) by the relevant Merchant, excluding online sales channel (such as csl eShop or e-commerce platforms) ("Designated Sales Channel"). 

6.       A “Single Net Transaction” refers to a purchase made with the Eligible UnionPay Card in a single transaction during the Promotion Period (based on the transaction date) via a Designated Sales Channel for which the original Eligible UnionPay Card sales slip and the original Merchant’s sales receipt can be produced.

7.       The Offers apply to the final amount of the single net transaction after deduction of all eligible discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.  Other transactions, including but not limited to purchase of cash vouchers, or prepaid service or products unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified / unauthorised transactions are excluded. 

8.       Unless otherwise specified, the Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.

9.       For the avoidance of doubt, the following types of transactions shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions

(a) payment by instalments using the Eligible UnionPay Card for CSL’s iPhone for Life plan;

(b) payment by split transactions.

10.    During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder can use each Eligible UnionPay Card to enjoy the Offer twice under this Promotion.

11.    There are 3,000 quotas for the Offer in total, available for all eligible Cardholders under this Promotion. These quotas are by customers of CSL, Now TV Limited and HKT Opco subject to availability and are provided on a first-come-first-served basis.  

12.    The Offers are also subject to the availability of the Standalone Designated Products’ models which are subject to change and may be updated by the relevant Merchant(s) from time to time without prior notice. Please enquire with the relevant Merchant for details.

13.    No registration is required for these Offers.

14.    In case of any fraud, abuse, reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which this Offer was awarded, UnionPay International reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible UnionPay Card account the equivalent amount of this Offer without prior notice.

15.    The Offer(s) is/are only Eligible to Cardholders whose Eligible UnionPay Card accounts are valid, and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued, otherwise UnionPay International reserves the right to forfeit Cardholders’ right under this Offer without prior notice.

16.    Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original Eligible UnionPay Card sales slip, the original Merchant’s sales receipt and/or other documents in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by UnionPay International.  All documents submitted to UnionPay International will not be returned.

17.    Participation in the Promotion is subject to there being no abuse or non-compliance by the Cardholder, failing which the UnionPay International will debit the values of the Offer from the Cardholder’s account without notice and/or take such action to recover any outstanding amounts. 

18.    UnionPay International shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to any of the Designated Products offered by any of the Merchants.  The relevant Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products and all auxiliary services offered and/or provided by the Merchant.  Please contact the relevant Merchant for details.

19.    None of the Merchants is the provider of UnionPay International payment gateway. The Merchants make no representation or guarantee to any UnionPay International payment and shall not in any way be liable for any matters in relation thereto. No compensation shall be forthcoming under any circumstances.

20.    In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

21.    In the event of cancellation, modification, or refund of products by Cardholders, the related promotional offer will not be refunded or reimbursed. Each of the Merchants reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and terminate these Offers at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of the relevant Merchant(s).

Enjoy up to HK$650 Instant Discount on Standalone Designated Products

·         During the Promotion Period, a Cardholder who conducts a single net spending with the Eligible UnionPay Card at Designated Sale Channels of 1O1O or csl on Standalone Designated Product* and the net spending amount reaches the “Eligible Transaction Amount” specified in the below table (“Eligible Transaction”) is entitled to the corresponding instant discount (“Instant Discount”):

The personal data and other information (including card number) that you provided and other information collected, generated and/or compiled by us about you from time to time subsequently (collectively, "Data") will be collected, used and retained by CSL Mobile Limited, Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited, Now TV Limited and the relevant service provider(s) of the service(s)/offer(s) you are subscribing to or will be enjoying under this offer, and other relevant services (collectively, “Services”), being one or more of the members of the Group (being, HKT Limited, PCCW Limited and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and associated companies) (HKT Limited is a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability).

The details of the collection, compilation, retention, use, disclosure and processing of the Data and any further information about the Services are set out in the eligible terms and conditions of the Services, this Personal Information Collection Statement, the Privacy Statement of the HKT Group (www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html).

The Data may be disclosed to, used or retained by other members of the Group, their respective agents (including debt collection agent) and business partners (including UnionPay International Company Limited) for purposes related to the provision of the Services and other purposes to which you have consented at any time.  We may also be ordered by regulatory bodies, government authorities and courts of law in different jurisdictions to disclose the Data in order to comply with legal obligations and duties imposed on us.
