New csl 7-Eleven Local Prepaid SIM

1.	600Mbps is our network specification for downlink of 4.5G network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
2.	Data Passes: Any unused Local Mobile Data usage of Data Passes would be forfeited upon expiry of data pass validity period. 1-Day /3-Day and 7-Day Unlimited Data Passes will be activated after subscription. 1-Day/3-Day and 7-Day Data Passes will be expired after 24/72/168 hours since subscription. If you subscribe to multiple Unlimited Data Pass, the current Data Pass will be cancelled and the new Data Pass will take effect immediately. The fair usage level is 5GB (1-Day Pass), 15GB (3-Day Pass) & 50GB (7-Day Pass) respectively, thereafter, capped at 512kbps. 30-Day Unlimited data pass will be activated after subscription and will be renewed automatically every 30 days (23:59 on 30th day) after subscription. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-Day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription, the cut-off time is 23:59 on the expiry date. If you subscribe to multiple 30-Day Unlimited Data Pass, the current Unlimited Data Pass will be cancelled, and the new 30-Day Unlimited Data Pass will take effect immediately. The fair usage level is 20GB ($58) / 40GB ($88) / 80GB ($128) respectively, thereafter, capped at 512kbps. If you subscribe to multiple Unlimited Data Pass, the current Unlimited Data Pass will be cancelled and the new Unlimited Data Pass will take effect immediately. After you have reached the fair usage level, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 512kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 128kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached the fair usage level and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors. You may subscribe more than one 365-Day Data Pass simultaneously. The validity of all data passes will be extended 365 days after the latest subscription, and the local data included in the passes also can be used throughout the extended pass validity period. After subscribed 365-day Data Pass, the Prepaid SIM card validity will be extended by 365 days. (Count from subscription date). You may subscribe any Unlimited Data Pass and 365-Day Data Pass. The local data from 365-Day Data Pass will be used up first, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (f) of this clause. Once the data usage from 365-Day Data Pass had been used up, our local data usage will be deducted from Unlimited Data Pass.
3.	After activation of Pay As You Go Local Data service, if there is no any activated Data Pass or its data has been used up, Local Data will be counted as $1/100MB. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription.

●	How to login: Go to csl Wi-Fi hotspots, and set the Network Name (SSID/ESSID) to "csl". Launch your internet browser. Type any valid URL into the address field and you will be redirected to the csl Wi-Fi login page automatically.
●	Login to the service: Choose "Discover HK Tourist SIM/Prepaid SIM Cards". Enter your mobile number and PIN to login to the service. After login, a new offline window will pop-up to let you terminate the connection. Do not close the offline window. To terminate your csl Wi-Fi session, simply click the "Disconnect" button. If you have accidentally closed the Disconnect pop-up window, please go to  hotspot.cslwifi.com  comand click "Disconnect" to logout.

1.	Any unused Roaming Data usage of Data Passes would be forfeited upon expiry of data pass validity period.
2.	Ability of mobile data service depends on your roaming destination or the local network coverage.
3.	The Roaming Service is not applicable to aircraft roaming / maritime roaming / satellite roaming.
4.	You may subscribe more than one “Data Passes” with same destination & period. And the data included in the passes also can be used throughout the extended pass validity period.
5.	The cut-off time of 30-Day / 365-Day Pass data usage is 23:59 HK Time (GMT+8:00) on the 30th /365th day from the subscription day. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
6.	“Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” is valid for 180 days from the day of activation. If you do not activate your “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” within that 180-day validity period, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited, and you will not be compensated in any way.
7.	You may subscribe more than one “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass”. All the Data Passes in “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” will be valid until card validity, you may use the Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
8.	“Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” means 24 hours from activation of your roaming pass. If you visit 2 applicable destinations within 24 hours, one day of charges will be deducted accordingly in each dedicated Data Pass.
9.	When your data roaming usage of each “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps for that day. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. 11.	You may subscribe to more than 1 “Data Pass” with different roaming destination (e.g. China/Macau and APAC Data Pass), but Data usage (under same destination) will be deducted from the “Data Pass” with less destinations.
12.	While your unlimited roaming activation pack is still valid, you may subscribe to the "Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass" of same roaming destination, but the data usage (under same destination) will be deducted from the "Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass".
13.	While your unlimited roaming activation pack is still valid, you may subscribe “Data Pass” of same roaming destination, but the data usage (under same destination) will be deducted from the "Data Pass".
14.	While your unlimited roaming activation pack is still valid, you may subscribe “Data Pass” and "Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass" of same roaming destination, but the data usage (under same destination) will be deducted from the "Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass".
