| 1. | Anyone who subscribes to a Microsoft 365 Family Plan between 10 March 2024 and 30 April 2024 will receive a Travel Adaptor. |

| 1. | "Microsoft 365 Personal Plan" at the subscription fee of $42 per month, a 12-month commitment period is required. |
| 2. | "Microsoft 365 Family Plan" at the subscription fee of $60 per month, a 12-month commitment period is required. |
| 3. | Microsoft 365 Personal / Family Plan has following Premium apps included: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access (PC only), Microsoft Publisher (PC only) |
| 4. | Microsoft 365 Personal/Family Plan has following Services included: Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Skype. |
| 5. | Microsoft 365 Personal/Family Plan is available for subscription by CSL customers who have subscribed to mobile service and data plans. |
| 6. | The product key will be sent to the customer within 2 days of subscriptions through SMS to the registered mobile number. |
| 7. | The product key cannot be returned, refunded, resold, transferred, and exchanged for cash and/or other gifts. |
| 8. | CSL Mobile Limited (「csl」) is not the supplier of Microsoft 365, and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to same. Any dispute or complaint in connection with Microsoft 365 will be referred to Microsoft. |
| 9. | If you decide to terminate the Plan, 30 days prior notice is required. If you select to terminate payable the Plan within the commitment period, you must pay the sum of the service fee within the remaining commitment period immediately. |
| 10. | Microsoft 365 Service or charges are subject to amendment without notice. CSL reserves the right of final decision. |

| 12. | The product redemption code must be activated in Greater China (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan). Once the product is officially activated, it can be used in any region. |
