This E-cash voucher shall be valid until 22 July 2025.
This E-cash voucher shall only be used at any 7-Eleven Hong Kong and Macau.
This E-Cash Voucher currency is calculated in Hong Kong dollars at Hong Kong stores and in Macanese Patacas at Macau stores.
Only one E-cash voucher shall be used per transaction.
This E-cash voucher can only be used once.
This E-cash voucher shall not be refunded nor redeemed for cash.
This E-cash voucher shall be applicable to the goods sold at 7-Eleven only and no change shall be given.

Each eligible designated csl Prepaid SIM mobile number account is entitled to the Offer on a maximum of 10 occasions during the Promotion Period (Only one redemption per day is allowed for 7-Eleven HKD 20 electronic cash coupon QR code, one day is calculated as Hong Kong time from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59).
Unless otherwise stated, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.
The Offer is provided by The Dairy Farm Company, Limited (“Partner”). CSL is not the provider, operator or manufacturer of the Offer, and make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of the Offer (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation to the Offer. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL will be final and binding.

7-Eleven $20 E-cash Voucher:

This E-cash voucher shall be valid until 22 July 2025.
This E-cash voucher shall only be used at any 7-Eleven Hong Kong and Macau.
This E-Cash Voucher currency is calculated in Hong Kong dollars at Hong Kong stores and in Macanese Patacas at Macau stores.
Only one E-cash voucher shall be used per transaction.
This E-cash voucher can only be used once.
This E-cash voucher shall not be refunded nor redeemed for cash.
This E-cash voucher shall be applicable to the goods sold at 7-Eleven only and no change shall be given.
This E-Cash Voucher shall not be applicable to service items, including but not limited to online game products (except the specific products from merchant's promotion), redemption items, cash vouchers, gift vouchers, prepaid cards, pay plastic bag levy and other services, e.g. Octopus reloading/ last 10 transactions print out, e-wallet top up, bill payment/ donation, purchase of gift card/ subscription card/ Octopus Card/ Octopus Ornament/ Macau Pass/Macau Pass Ornament, mobile pre-paid SIM card or recharge voucher, ticketing service/ stamps, photocopy/ fax, battery recharge service, parcel pick-up and return, pre-payment, locker/ Inspiration Lake activities/ parking fee payment and self-serve laundry.
This E-cash voucher shall not be re-issued if lost or damaged.
This E-cash voucher shall not be used for resale.
This E-Cash Voucher must be presented to the cashier before payment. A photocopy or screenshot of this E-Cash Voucher is not acceptable.
7-Eleven shall not be held responsible for any inability to use the E-Cash Voucher due to network connection, telephone problem, technical problem or other reasons not attributable to 7-Eleven.
The terms and conditions of this E-Cash Voucher are subject to change without prior notice.
This E-cash voucher shall be valid until the expiry date stated on the E-cash voucher and shall not be re-issued nor extended.
In event of any disputes, CSL & 7-Eleven reserves the right of final decision.
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version of this E-cash voucher, the Chinese version shall prevail.
This E-cash voucher is issued by 7-Eleven ( the “Merchant”). CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) is not the provider of this E-cash voucher. CSL accepts no responsibility or liability arising out of or in connection with this E-cash voucher or any good and services provided by Merchant.
CSL and 7-Eleven shall not be liable to any customer for any loss or damage arising out of the refusal, cancellation, withdrawal of the E-cash voucher or any failure or inability of a customer to use an E-cash voucher for any reason.
