Service Update Notice
Starting from April 23, 2018, we will activate the Data Roaming Daily Pass designated customers* to ensure they stay connected with their loved ones. To avoid bill shock, the Data Roaming Daily Pass allows you to use data roaming for a full 24 hours at a fixed charge, with your consent, each time you roam in a Data Roaming Daily Pass coverage area. If you do not need the roaming service, please call our Customer Service Hotline at 2512 3123.
When we activate your roaming service, you will receive an activation notification SMS. If you wish to cancel the roaming service or have any inquiries, please call our Customer Service Hotline. You can also download the csl app or visit the following webpages for detailed roaming service charges.

* Designated customers do not include customers:
- (1) on a BlackBerry plan,
- (2) on a data-only plan,
- (3) on a Smart PaMa plan,
- (4) on a Primary or Secondary Student SIM plan,
- (5) aged 65 or above,
- (6) who have already activated roaming services,
- (7) with Business Customer Registration.

The user experience of mobile data roaming services, actual data roaming speeds, or connection speeds to local networks may vary depending on the local roaming network provider, internet environment, server speed, network conditions, coverage, location, the computer and equipment, hardware, software used, and other factors.

Registration: If you have not yet activated IDD and international roaming services, you need to call 25 123 123 to register for IDD and automatic international roaming services before you travel. You can then use your phone for calls and mobile data abroad.
