csl手機及配件及服務電子禮券 (「此電子禮券」) 條款及細則：
1. 此電子禮券有效期為一(1)年，由系統發出日期起計，逾期無效。
2. 此電子禮券只適用於指定csl專門店、1O1O Centre及io.t by HKT 概念店內使用 (不包括青衣城, 東港城, 太古城中心, 粉嶺名都, 天耀廣場)，且僅適用於使用香港移動通訊有限公司所提供的產品和服務。
3. 此電子禮券只可用於以建議零售價購買指定型號手機、平版電腦及手機配件 (不適用於指定蘋果產品)或用於指定1O1O/ csl / Club Sim新上台月費服務計劃作月費回贈之用。使用此電子禮券時，客戶須向店員出示此禮券正本及出示有效身份證明文件以供核對。詳情請向店員查詢。
4. 如欲使用此電子禮券於選購指定淨機產品，客戶須以全數付款並不設找續。
5. 如欲於1O1O/ csl / Club Sim指定月費服務計劃使用此電子禮券，客戶須為1O1O/ csl / Club Sim新上台客戶並選用指定1O1O/ csl / Club Sim服務計劃及簽訂最少24個月之承諾期。指定電子禮券金額 (HK$100) 將以月費回贈方式於承諾期內第1至10期分期回贈至客戶的1O1O/ csl / Club Sim賬戶內 (每期月費回贈HK$10， 合共回贈HK$100) 。月費回贈只適用於指定電子禮券金額，且不適用於所指定的計劃的基本月費以外的任何增值服務或額外費用。每個1O1O/ csl / Club Sim服務計劃只可享月費回贈一次。客戶必須仍為1O1O/ csl / Club Sim客戶，方可享有此分期回贈。當回贈金額已被全數扣減，客戶仍須繳付賬單內之月費及服務計劃所產生之費用。如客戶於承諾期第1至10期內終止服務，剩餘期數之回贈將被取消而不作另行通知。有關更多詳情，請向店員查詢。
6. 不完整、損壞或列印之電子禮券恕不接受。
7. 除非另有註明，此電子禮券不可與其他優惠、折扣、推廣、電子禮券、禮券或信用卡免息分期付款計劃同時使用，且不可兌換現金或其他產品。
8. 此電子禮券如有遺失、被盜、誤用、損壞或過期，恕不作任何補發安排。
9. 香港移動通訊有限公司對於任何已發出的電子禮券的遺失、被盜、誤用或損壞概不負責。
10. 此電子禮券之使用受條款及細則約束。詳情請向店員查詢。
11. 香港移動通訊有限公司保留隨時更改或取消此電子禮券和/或修改此條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。
12. 如有任何爭議，香港移動通訊有限公司之決定為最終、具約束力及具決定性的。
13. 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。
csl Handset and Accessory and Service e- gift voucher (“This e-gift voucher”) Terms and Conditions
1. This e-gift voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance by the system and will become invalid after the expiry date.
2. This e- gift voucher can be used only at dedicated csl shops, 1O1O Centre and io.t by HKT (except Maritime Square, East Point City, Cityplaza, Fanling Town Center, Tin Yiu Plaza) and only applicable to the usage for products and services by CSL Mobile Limited.
3. This e- gift voucher can be used only for the purchase of designated handsets, tablets and handset accessories at their suggested retail prices. (Not applicable to designated Apple products) or for monthly fee rebates on designated new 1O1O / csl / Club Sim monthly service plan. To redeem This e- gift voucher, customer must present the original e-gift voucher and the valid proof of identity for validation. For the details, please contact our staff.
4. To use this e- gift voucher for the purchase of designated standalone items, customers must pay in full, and no change will be given.
5. To use this e- gift voucher for a designated 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim monthly service plan, customers must be a new 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim customers who have newly subscribed a designated 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim service plan with at least 24 months commitment period. The designated e- gift voucher amount (HK$100) will be credited to the customer's 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim account by installments from the 1st to the 10th installment during the commitment period as a monthly rebate (HK$10 rebate per monthly fee, total rebate HK$100). The service fee rebate is only applicable to the designated e- gift voucher amount, and is not applicable to any value-added services or additional fees outside the basic monthly plan fee of our designated plans. Each 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim service plan can only enjoy the monthly fee rebate once. The customer must remain to be a 1O1O/ csl / Club Sim customer to be entitled to receive the rebate. When all rebate amount has been used to pay for the bill(s), customers will need to pay the monthly service fee and fees made by the service plan in the bill. If the customer terminates the service early during the 1st to 10th commitment period, the rebate for the remaining periods will be forfeited without further notice. 6. Incomplete, damaged or printed e- gift vouchers will not be accepted.
7. Unless otherwise stated, this e- gift voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, promotions, e-Gift Vouchers, gift vouchers or credit card interest-free installment plan and are non-exchangeable for cash or other products.
8. This e- gift voucher will not be re-issued in the event of lost or stolen or misused or damaged or expired.
9. CSL Mobile Limited is not responsible for any loss, theft, misuse or damage of any issued e- gift voucher.
10. The use of This e- gift voucher is subject to terms and conditions. Please contact our staff for details.
11. CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to vary or cancel This e- gift voucher and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
12. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL Mobile Limited will be final, binding and conclusive.
13. In the event of inconsistencies between the Chinese and English version, the English version shall prevail.
