Terms and conditions of “Back to the Past x ChargeSpot free 1-hour power bank rental” Campaign
1. “Back to the Past x ChargeSpot free 1-hour power bank rental” Campaign” (“Promotion”) is organized by ChargeSpot (“Merchant”). AR Lens App (“AR Lens”) is the platform for ChargeSpot Free 1-hour power bank rental promo code (“eCoupon”) distribution. CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") is one of the merchant partners.
2. The promotional period for this promotion is from 31 December 2025 to 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
3.To be eligible to participate in this promotion, participants must age 18 or above, be physically located and participate in Hong Kong. Participants must have downloaded AR Lens app and registered on AR Lens app using a valid Hong Kong registered mobile number ("Participant(s)") before redeeming the eCoupon.
4. By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm that they have read, agreed and accepted these terms and conditions.
5. During the Promotion Period, Participant must present either a physical or electronic ticket stub of the movie “Back to the Past” at any csl shop (please visit https://www.hkcsl.com/en/shop-address/ for details), where the physical ticket stub must be collected or the electronic ticket stub recorded by our staff, as applicable, and the Participant to scan the designated QR code at the shop to receive one eCoupon. Each ticket stub could be used to redeem one eCoupon only. Participants will receive the eCoupon through the AR Lens Wallet. The eCoupon could be used in the ChargeSpot app only and it must be used in the ChargeSpot app on or before 31 March 2026. Each AR Lens account can get the above offer once only. Copies of the eCoupon will not be accepted. eCoupon redemption is subject to relevant terms and conditions which are set out in the AR Lens and relevant eCoupon.
6. During the Promotion Period, the quota of the eCoupon is 2,500. The quota of the eCoupon is available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks last. Regardless of whether the eCoupon quota is full, the last day of distributing the eCoupon will be 31 March 2026. Each AR Lens account can get the above offer for once only.
7. Each eCoupon could be used once only. All eCoupons are not transferable, nor redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
8. AR Lens is provided by CSL. CSL will not be responsible for any delay in or loss, error, or illegibility of any information submitted by Participants due to technical issues with computers, communication tools, networks, or any other problems beyond the reasonable control of CSL.
9. Unless stated otherwise in the terms and conditions of the gifts, CSL are not the manufacturer or supplier of the gifts redeemed by the electronic coupon and shall not be liable for the gifts (including, but not limited to, the quality of the gifts or any ongoing maintenance of the gifts). The relevant manufacturer or supplier of the gifts shall bear all the obligations and responsibilities of the gift provided by it. Please contact the gifts suppliers for the details.
10. If CSL suspects that a Participant has (i) carried out any activity that is or is related to any abnormal/suspicious activity, (ii) used improper methods, has been fraudulent or has interrupted or interfered with any part of this promotion, causing technical problems, or (iii) been unfair, dishonest, provided false or incorrect information, (iv) intruded and/or modified systems in relation to the promotion in any way, (v) use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device, process, or means to access or take part in this promotion (vi) use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of this promotion (vii) introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technically harmful, or (viii) any violated of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations; CSL may disqualify the Participant from participating in this promotion (in its absolute cancel discretion) without any notice and without any responsibility to any person, and reserves the right to seek compensation from the Participant.

12. CSL reserves the right to vary or cancel this Promotion or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, CSL reserves the right of final decision.
13. In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Free 1-hour power bank rental coupon terms and conditions
1. To redeem the HK$8 Rental Coupon, enter this coupon code through CHARGESPOT app >【My Page Coupons】>【Coupons】.
2. Upon completion of a rental, the system will apply the coupon automatically to offset the rental amount and the user is required to settle the remaining fee.
3. This offer is only applicable in Hong Kong.
4. Each coupon is valid for a single use only. Only one coupon can be used per rental. The coupon will be deemed as used upon confirmation. There will be no cancellation and cannot be exchanged for cash, gifts, promotions or transferred to another person.
5. The coupons are valid until 31 Mar 2026.
6. In case of any dispute, CHARGESPOT reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

2. 活動的推廣期為 2025 年12月31日至 2026年 3月31日（包括首尾兩天）(「推廣期」)。
3. 參與本活動，參加者必須年滿18歲、成功下載 AR Lens、並必須身處於香港，以一個有效香港流動電話號碼登記為用戶（「參加者」），方可兌換電子優惠券。
4. 參加者參與此活動即表示已經閲讀、同意及接受本條款及細則。

2. 當租借訂單結束時，系統會自動使用優惠券抵消消費金額，用戶需要自行支付剩餘的費用。
3. 此優惠碼只適用於香港地區。
4. 每張優惠券只能使用一次，每次租借只限使用一張。一經確認即視為使用，恕不接受取消；亦不得轉讓、兌換現金、找贖或折換其他贈品，敬請留意。
