Paid Defaulted Day-pass will be activated after card activation. The Defaulted Day-pass includes 3-Day Hong Kong data. The Defaulted Day-pass will be expired after 72 hours since card activation. The fair usage level is 15GB (3-Day Pass, included Hong Kong & Macao Data 10GB) of the Defaulted Day-pass, thereafter, capped at 512kbps.
The Top-up Hong Kong 5G Pass includes 1-Day(HK$8) / 3-Day(HK$18) / 7-Day(HK$48) Hong Kong Data Pass. The Top-up Day-pass will be activated after subscription. The Top-up Day-pass will be expired after 24/72/168 hours since subscription. If you subscribe to multiple Hong Kong Data Pass, the current Data Pass will be cancelled immediately and the new Data Pass will take effect immediately. The fair usage level is 5GB (1-Day Pass), 15GB (3-Day Pass) & 50GB (7-Day Pass) respectively, thereafter, capped at 512kbps.
After you have reached the fair usage level, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 512kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 512kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached the fair usage level and the fair usage policy is in place. Actual speeds that customers experience are considerably less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
5G service which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
You may subscribe to more than one Chinese Mainland & Macao data simultaneously. The SIM card validity and the data entitlement of the pass will be extended for 365 days from the subscription date of the data pass.
The cut-off time of Chinese Mainland & Macao data usage is 23:59 HK Time (GMT+8:00) on the 365th day from the subscription day. Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
The Top-Up dedicated APAC Roaming Pass will be activated after subscription. The Top-up pass will be expired after 168 hours since subscription. If you subscribe to multiple APAC Roaming Pass, the current APAC Roaming Pass will be cancelled immediately and the new APAC Roaming Pass will take effect immediately. The fair usage level is 4GB (HK$78) & 7GB (HK$108), After you have reached the fair usage level, you can still continue to use the service. Introduction
1.「Game Easy」 Data Pack (“Pack”) is intended to provide you with a seamless all-in-one gaming experience. The Pack comprises two major features, namely:-
(i) Local data entitlement (“Local Data Entitlement”)
(ii) 「Game Easy」 Balance worth of HK$50 (“「Game Easy」 Balance”)

Local Data Entitlement
2. Local Data Entitlement is for use in Hong Kong only.
3. Local Data Entitlement is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Any unused data entitlement will be forthwith forfeited upon expiry of the said validity period.
4. Upon purchase of a new pack, all unexpired local data entitlement in your existing packs will be extended for another 365 days.

「Game Easy」 Balance
5.「Game Easy」 Balance can only be used for the single purpose of settling payment in the following selected platforms (Collectively, “Designated Platform(s)”):-

6. 「Game Easy」 Balance is valid for 3 months from the date purchase. Any unused balance will be forfeited forthwith upon expiry of the said validity period.
7. Upon purchase of a new pack, all Game Easy Balance in your existing packs will be extended for 3 months.
8. No refund, transfer or exchange will be accepted, whether in part or in full.
9. The maximum 「Game Easy」 Balance is HK$3000 for each customer at any time. You will not be able to purchase any additional Pack if your 「Game Easy」 Balance exceeds HK$2950.
