Terms and Conditional of Mobile Data Service:

You can subscribe any Unlimited Data Plan (“UDP”) while activation pack is still activated, but the data from activation pack will be used up first. . Once the data usage from activation pack has been used up, our Data usage will be deducted from Unlimited Data Plans (“UDP”). The Validity of Unlimited Data Plan (“UDP”) will not be extended.
Peak speed for data download is 42Mbps and upload is 5.76Mbps. Actual speed experienced may be less than the theoretical speed obtainable on the network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
When 60-Day UDP auto-renewed, the local voice minutes will be accumulated to the next 60 days, max 10,000 minutes. Any unused Data usage or local voice minutes of Data Plan would be forfeited upon expiry of Data Plan validity period.
1-hour data plan includes a continuous 60-minute session upon your subscription. 1-day , 7-day and 365-say passes are based on a continuous 24-hours per day.

Midnight Local Data" ("Midnight Local Data") refers to the local data usage between 11pm and 7am the next day and will not be deducted from the designated 60-Day plan. When the Midnight Local Data usage reached 100GB, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network speed specification will be capped at 512kbps.
While any Unlimited Data Plan (“UDP”) is activated, you may subscribe more than one Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”). The data from Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) will be used up first. Once the data usage from Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) has been used up, our Data usage will be deducted from Unlimited Data Plans (“UDP”). The Validity of Unlimited Data Plan (“UDP”) & Data Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) will not be extended.
If you subscribe to multiple Unlimited Data Plan simultaneously, the remaining data balance of the existing data pass will be forfeited, and the new entitlement will take effect immediately. After you have reached the fair usage level for “Unlimited Data Pass”, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 512kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. How to use:

Switch on the Wi-Fi and select network CSL

Open Internet browser and go to any website, it will automatically redirect to the login page.

Select "Discover HK Tourist SIM/Prepaid SIM Cards“, enter Mobile Number Password, and one-time Password to login to the service.

After login, a new offline window will pop-up to let you terminate the connection. Do not close the offline window. To terminate your csl Wi-Fi session, simply click the "Disconnect" button.

If you have accidentally closed the Disconnect pop-up window, please go to http://hotspot.cslwifi.com and click "Disconnect" to logout.

Benefit of using VoLTE
1)	Facilitates faster voice-call connections. What used to take around 7 seconds on a 3G network is now as fast as 1 second, if both parties are using VoLTE. Even so it just takes around 4 seconds if using 3G network.
2)	Click the “Video Call” icon/button during a VoLTE call to switch between voice and video calls – instantly, simply and quickly(applicable only to some Android models).

Terms and Conditions of Roaming Data Pass

All Data Plans are based on a continuous 24-hour per day.
Any unused Mobile Data entitlement will be forfeited after the cut-off time.
You may subscribe to multiple 365-day roaming data pass. The validity period of 365-day roaming data pass will be extended to the last validity period of the selected data pass. The validity of new DIFFERENT Plan will not be extended and the data from Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) with shorter validity or/and less entitlement will be used up first.
You may subscribe to multiple unlimited roaming data pass (same roaming destinations and same duration). When applying for an unlimited roaming data pass, the remaining data balance of the existing roaming data pass will be forfeited, and the new entitlement will take effect immediately.
If you subscribe to both 8-day and 15-day unlimited roaming data pass for the same destinations, the 15-day roaming data pass will only take effect after the 8-day roaming data pass is completed.

The Service is not applicable to aircraft roaming/maritime roaming/satellite roaming.
