Terms and conditions

1.	600Mbps is our network specification for downlink of 4.5G network (with 75Mbps for uplink) provided via three sections of 20MHz continuous 4G spectrum each, which is only available to designated locations with the use of a compatible device. Actual speeds that customers experience are less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, locations, network conditions and other extraneous factors.
2.	Data Passes: a. Any unused Local Mobile Data usage of Data Passes would be forfeited upon expiry of data pass validity period. b. You may subscribe more than one 2-Hour Data Passes simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period. c. You may subscribe more than one 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period. d. 30-Day data pass will be renewed automatically every 30 days (23:59 on 30th day) after subscription. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-Day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription, the cut-off time is 23:59 on the expiry date. If you subscribe to multiple 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, the remaining data balance of the existing data pass will be forfeited, and the new entitlement will take effect immediately. After you have reached the fair usage level for “Unlimited Data Pass”, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be lowered to 512kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. CSL Mobile Limited complies with OFCA’s Guidelines for the Implementation of Fair Usage Policy for the Provision of Mobile and Fixed Broadband Services and will not at any time cap your data network specification below 512kbps. You will receive an SMS notification once you have reached the fair usage level and the fair usage policy is in place. You may subscribe more than one 365-Day Data Pass, all the Data Passes will be valid until the latest expiry date of the subscribed Data Passes will be extended 365 days after subscription of 365-Day Data Pass and you may use the Local Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour and 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 2-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 2-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes, validity and data usage of all 30-Day Passes will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. g. If you subscribe to multiple 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day and 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Passes, validity and data usage of all 30-Day Passes will be in accordance with sub-clause (d) of this clause. h. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour, 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day and 30-Day Data Passes simultaneously, all the 2-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 2-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Data Passes. i. If you subscribe to multiple 2-Hour, 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day, 30-Day and 365-Day Passes simultaneously, all the 2-Hour Data Passes will be used first in accordance with sub-clause (b) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 2-Hour Data Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Data Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (c) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 1-Day/3-Day/7-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 365-Day Data Passes, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (e) of this clause. After the local Mobile Data included in all the 365-Day Passes has been used up, your local Mobile Data usage will be deducted from the 30-Day Data Passes.
3.	2-Hour Data Pass includes a continuous 120-minute session upon your subscription.
4.	1-Day/3-Day/7-Day/365-Day Pass is based on a continuous 24-hours per day.
5.	After activation of Pay As You Go Local Data service, if there is no any activated Data Pass or its data has been used up, Local Data will be counted as $1/100MB. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription.

If you subscribe to multiple Unlimited Data Pass, the current Data Pass will be cancelled and the new Data Pass will take effect immediately. The fair usage level is 5GB (1-Day Pass), 15GB (3-Day Pass) & 50GB (7-Day Pass) respectively, thereafter, capped at 512kbps. 30-Day Unlimited data pass will be activated after subscription and will be renewed automatically every 30 days (23:59 on 30th day) after subscription. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-Day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription, the cut-off time is 23:59 on the expiry date. If you subscribe to multiple 30-Day Unlimited Data Pass, the current Unlimited Data Pass will be cancelled, and the new 30-Day Unlimited Data Pass will take effect immediately. The local data from 365-Day Data Pass will be used up first, validity of which will be in accordance with sub-clause (f) of this clause. Once the data usage from 365-Day Data Pass had been used up, our local data usage will be deducted from Unlimited Data Pass.
3.	After activation of Pay As You Go Local Data service, if there is no any activated Data Pass or its data has been used up, Local Data will be counted as $1/100MB. To unsubscribe this service, please login csl app to cancel the service from package subscription.

5.	Ability of mobile data service depends on your roaming destination or the local network coverage.
6.	After you have reached the fair usage level for “Unlimited Data Pass”, you can still continue to use the service before cut-off time of the Data Pass. However, your network specification will be lowered to 128kbps. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. 7.	You may subscribe to multiple unlimited roaming data pass (same roaming destinations and same duration). When applying for an unlimited roaming data pass, the remaining data balance of the existing roaming data pass will be forfeited, and the new entitlement will take effect immediately.
8.	You may subscribe to “Data Pass” and “Unlimited Data Pass”, but Data usage (under same destination) will be deducted from the “Data Pass” first. When all Data usage included in “Data Pass” has been used up, your Data usage will be deducted from “Unlimited Data Pass”.
9.	The Roaming Service is not applicable to aircraft roaming/maritime roaming/satellite roaming.

6.	“Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” is valid for 180 days from the day of activation. If you do not activate your “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” within that 180-day validity period, any unused data entitlement will be forfeited, and you will not be compensated in any way.
7.	You may subscribe more than one “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass”. All the Data Passes in “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” will be valid until card validity, you may use the Mobile Data usage included in all the Data Passes at any time during the extended validity period.
8.	“Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” will automatically be activated upon your arrival at the applicable destination and is valid for 24 hours after activation. Charges are calculated per one day per each applicable destination. “One day” means 24 hours from activation of your roaming pass. If you visit 2 applicable destinations within 24 hours, one day of charges will be deducted accordingly in each dedicated Data Pass.
9.	When your data roaming usage of each “Dedicated APAC 24-Hour Data Pass” reached 500MB, the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps for that day. But tethering, streaming, FTP, VoIP and P2P applications (incl. BitTorrent) will not be supported. 1.	“Mainland China & Macau Voice Package” only applicable for receiving calls at local roaming and outgoing calls to HK/local roaming. Usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
2.	International roaming calls are charged on a per minute basis. Airtime will be deducted in units of 1 minute once you answer the return from our system, even if the called number is busy or unanswered.

1.	Any usage of local Voice Call, IDD Voice Call and All Call Forwarding will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
2.	Airtime charges apply when using IDD service. The IDD charges and coverage are subject to change from time to time without prior notice, for details, please click here.
3.	Intra-network video call is made call within Hong Kong to one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers. For details on international video call charges, please visit our website www.hkcsl.com or call our hotline 179 179.
4.	Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid customers, 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks.

1.	Administration Fee will be imposed once you activate this Prepaid SIM Card. This fee will be waived for the first 30 days after activation, then will be deducted on the subsequent day and thereafter every 30 days.
2.	Validity of the Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 180 days from the date of recharge upon every recharge of HK$50 or above.
3.	We reserve the right to terminate your mobile service without prior notice if your remaining balance is $0 or less and no usage in past consecutive 3 months.
