Terms and Conditions:

By using csl Direct Carrier Billing Service (“Billing Service”), you can settle payments for designated XRA products purchased at XRA Website (https://xra-hk.com/en/) with your csl monthly bill.

You understand and acknowledge XRA Products are provided by Sam Media (“Merchant”).

To pay for XRA Products with monthly csl bills, you will have to subscribe to your XRA subscriptions via XRA, a third party subscription platform not operated by csl (the “Third Party Subscription Website”) and elect to pay with monthly csl bills. The Third Party Subscription Website is operated and owned by XRA. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) only provides the billing services. In using the Third Party Subscription Website, you agree and acknowledge that certain personal data (such as your email, XRA subscription status) will be made known to XRA.

You further understand and acknowledge that CSL only act as a billing agent for Merchant in relation to XRA Products. CSL is not the provider of XRA Products. CSL makes no representation or guarantee as to any aspects of XRA Products and accepts no responsibility and liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the same.

The Billing Service is only applicable to designated csl customers who purchase designated XRA Products at MERCHANT. The amounts for which will be billed through your csl monthly bill.

The Billing Service is subject to a monthly limit for XRA Products in any bill month for each csl service plan (which is to be shared by Finals.AI) as below. If XRA customers’ purchase amount exceeds the monthly limit, the Billing Service will be suspended until next bill month.

CSL reserves the rights to update the spending limit regularly and without giving the customers any advance notice. The latest spending limit will be published on this website from time to time.

XRA subscription will be automatically renewed by XRA until terminated or cancelled by you. If you need to stop using Billing Service, please unsubscribe via “Unsubscribe” page in XRA Website or contact a XRA representative via email at help@xra-hk.com.

In the event of product-related inquiries, please note CSL is not the supplier of “XRA” products and makes no representation or guarantee as to their quality, and accepts no liability for any matters arising from, or in relation to, the same. In the event of dispute or complaint in connection with “XRA” products, please contact “XRA” representatives by email at help@xra-hk.com. CSL shall not be held responsible for any dispute relating to “XRA” products.

XRA Purchases are made subject to the prevailing XRA Terms and Conditions (https://xra-hk.com/en/terms/).

The General Terms and Conditions of CSL Mobile Limited apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the mobile service and the Billing Service.

CSL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

13.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions herein, CSL’s decision shall be final.

14.

In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
