This Offer is valid from 30 September 2025 until further notice, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

The mobile network operators participating in this partnership (the “Partnership Networks”) are listed in alphabetical order below as of 30 September 2025:

This Offer will be available to you once you roam to the Partnership Networks with our roaming pass activated.

This Offer includes access to the Partnership Networks’ golden spectrum bands, specifically the 3.3GHz, 3.5GHz, and 4.9GHz frequency bands (“Golden Spectrum”), where such frequencies are deployed by the respective Partnership Networks and technically available. CSL shall use its best efforts to facilitate and enable such access for you; however, access is provided on a best-effort basis and may not be guaranteed to be available at all times or in all locations.

| 6. | Golden Spectrum access is subject to the technical and operational capabilities, spectrum licensing, and network deployment status of each Partnership Network and may not be available in all areas. Access to the Golden Spectrum requires Customer use of a compatible 5G-enabled device that supports relevant frequency bands. The quality and availability of the Golden Spectrum service may be affected by network congestion, local interference, maintenance activities, equipment limitations, force majeure, and/or other events beyond CSL’s and the Partnership Networks’ reasonable control. |

CSL provides no warranty, representation, or guarantee, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, performance, or quality of Golden Spectrum access. Golden Spectrum access is provided strictly on a best-effort basis and may not be available at all times or in all locations. All Golden Spectrum benefits are subject to the Partner Network’s policies, deployment and management, and may be subject to fair usage and resource allocation requirements.

| 9. | Service availability is subject to the technical and operational capabilities of the Partnership Networks, including Golden Spectrum infrastructure. Performance, including Golden Spectrum access, may be affected by network congestion, equipment failures, maintenance, force majeure, or events outside CSL’s or the Partnership Networks’ reasonable control. No guarantee is provided regarding service performance under such circumstances. |

Network access for roaming users, including Golden Spectrum access, will be managed according to the fair usage policies and real-time network conditions, balancing resource allocation of the Partnership Networks to safeguard service quality for all users. Temporary adjustments to service levels, including Golden Spectrum availability, may be made to maintain stability and efficiency.

Except as required by law, we assume no liability for interruptions or reductions in service quality resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control. Every reasonable effort will be made to maintain network stability and to address any service issues promptly.
