Use a Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11b/g/n/ac) enabled device at csl Wi-Fi hotspots to experience the fastest wireless broadband connectivity.

Hotspot Search:

Visit http://www.cslwifi.com/index.html > Hotspot location

1. Go to csl Wi-Fi hotspots, and set the Network Name (SSID/ESSID) to "csl"
2. Launch your internet browser
3. Type any valid URL into the address field and you will be redirected to the csl Wi-Fi login page automatically
4. Login to the service:
   i) Choose "Discover HK Tourist SIM/Prepaid SIM Cards".
   ii) Enter your mobile number and PIN to login to the service.
5. After login, a new offline window will pop-up to let you terminate the connection. Do not close the offline window. To terminate your csl Wi-Fi session, simply click the "Disconnect" button.
6. If you have accidentally closed the Disconnect pop-up window, please go to hotspot.pccwwifi.com and click "Disconnect" to logout.

Internet access setting

This card contained local mobile data usage, simply plug and use! No subscription is needed.  If you cannot access the Internet via our mobile network, please check your Internet access setting on your mobile phone, selecting "csl" as Access Point Name (APN) and leaving the proxy server address and proxy server port blank.

Discover Hong Kong Tourist SIM Card holders can use their smartphones to surf a dedicated mobile website, specially designed in conjunction with the Hong Kong Tourism Board to provide the latest local travel information, as well as visitor and shop discount offers.

Terms and conditions

1. IDD international calls are charged on a per minute basis.
2. All entitlement of this card will start deducting since card activation. Validity of 5-day pass and 8-day pass is 5 days and 8 days respectively. Service will be terminated on the 5th day or 8th day at 23:59 since card activation.  
3. Extra 5-day-pass will start deducting since subscription. Validity is 5 day. Service will be terminated on the 5th day at 23:59 since subscription.  
4. For the Macau data roaming day pass, service will be terminated on the subscription day at 23:59.

6. Flat rate of $0.45/min IDD calls refer to making IDD calls to designated countries / destinations by using 0060 prefix.  If you call back to an incoming IDD call by retrieving the telephone number from the caller number display (eg from “Answered” or “Missed” call records), this IDD call will be charged at IDD 001 rates, as you are using IDD 001 to make the call.
7. Local mobile data service will be suspended once usage has reached the entitlement limit 1.5GB/5GB.  However, you can continue accessing the Internet by using csl Wi-Fi service the local mobile data usage has reached the entitlement. You can continue using csl Wi-Fi.
8. This SIM card supports the network specifications of 42Mbps for downlink with 5.76Mbps for uplink. Actual speeds experienced by customers using this SIM card will be significantly lower than the specifications and will be affected by mobile devices, network coverage and other extraneous factors.
