Restart Terms and Conditions (Only applicable for users subscribed on or before 16 May, 2022)
1. Restart Service (“Service”) is provided to you by Bolttech Device Protection Hong Kong Limited. You confirm to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of Bolttech, which are provided together with this application form for the Service (“Restart Program Terms and Conditions”).
2. Application for the Service is subject to approval by Bolttech.
3. Upon approval, the Service commences from the service commencement date indicated by Bolttech in its confirmation to you.
4. The Service is available only to HKID or passport holders who have subscribed to our post-paid services.
5. The Service is only applicable to designated handset or watch models.
6. To apply for the Service,
  • You must subscribe to designated mobile plans (“Designated Mobile Plans”) at the time of Service subscription; or
  • You have an Eligible Handset or Watch.
7. Eligible Handset or Watch means a handset which are
  • purchased from csl, 1O1O as a standalone handset /watch or a designated retailer within last 90 calendar days before you apply for the Service. You will be asked to provide the original invoice of the purchased Eligible Handset or Watch ; and
  • handset/ watch owned by you.
8. We will inspect the Eligible Handset to see if it meets some minimum requirements for the Service.
9. The Service allows you to switch your designated registered handset/watch for a replacement device (“Replacement Device”) during the Service period by paying to Bolttech a fee (“Switch Fee”) of 28% of the suggested retail price of your registered device prevailing at the time of your service application at csl/1O1O store (“Original SRP”). You will also be required to pay a monthly subscription fee (as set out in the application form) for the Service and “Restart Program Terms and Conditions” apply. For “related Bolttech Terms, please see “Restart Program Terms and Conditions”.
10. Each designated registered handset or watch may switch up to two (2) times during each 12-month rolling period during the Service period. For the avoidance of doubt, no request for a switch will be accepted if you have made 2 switches within the 12 months immediately before your request.
11. The Replacement Device is supplied and delivered to you by Bolttech. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) expressly disclaims any warranties or representations of any kind in relation to the Replacement Device (whether express or implied).
12. The Replacement Device does not come with the original packaging or any accessories. It is not guaranteed that the Replacement Device is of the same model or colour as your registered device.
13. CSL is not the supplier of the Service, and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Service provided by Bolttech. In case of any enquiry or dispute about the Service, please contact Bolttech directly on 58032496.
14. If you terminate the Service before the expiry of the commitment period for the Service, CSL will charge you early termination charges, which are the sum of the monthly fees for the Service for the remaining unexpired period.
15. The Service will terminate immediately when your Designated Mobile Plan is terminated by you or by CSL.
16. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the Designated Mobile Plan and the Service.
17. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
* f you do not hand in your registered device or fail to comply with “Restart Program Terms and Conditions” , Bolttech may charge you up to 72% of the Original SRP in addition to the Switch Fee. Bolttech may take a hold on your credit card at the time of the switch for the purposes of such additional charge.

Limited-period Offer

Offer 1:Waiver of 3 months’ service fee for Restart Handset Switching Service (“Restart Service”)
Promotion period: Starting 9 September, 2021 until 16 May, 2022

Details:
Upon a standalone purchase of a designated handset from a csl or 1O1O outlet (except online stores including Club Shopping) entitles you to a waiver of three months’ service fee for Restart Service in respect of one designated handset on one occasion. Terms & Conditions apply.
 
Offer 2: Waiver of 4 months’ service fee for Restart Handset Switching Service (“Restart Service”)
Promotion period: Starting 3 February 2022 until 16 May, 2022

Details:
Purchasing a designated handset at any csl or 1O1O outlet (except online such as at Club Shopping), subscribing to a designated service plan – as well as Restart Service– and agreeing to a 24-month commitment period in respect of both services entitles you to a waiver of four months’ Restart Service fees. Service fees for the 6th, 12th, 18th and 24th months shall be waived during the 24-month commitment period. Terms & Conditions apply.

Offer 3: Waiver of 2 months’ service fee for Restart Handset Switching Service (“Restart Service”)
Promotion period: Starting 1 January 2022 until 16 May, 2022

Details:
Two months’ waiver of fees for Restart Service is applicable only to designated customers subscribing to a designated 5G service plan at any csl or 1O1O outlet (except online such as at Club Shopping). Customer must agree to a 24-month commitment period in respect of both services, and purchase a designated handset one time only. The monthly fee for Restart Service shall be HK$58 starting from the third month of the commitment period. Terms & Conditions apply.

 
Terms & conditions for Limited Period Offer:
1. These offers are valid only during the promotion periods stated in the offer details (“Promotion Period”).
2. These offers cover waiver of monthly fee for Restart Handset Switching Service (“Restart Service”) only during the periods stated in the offer details, and do not cover switching or other fees.
3. Unless otherwise stated explicitly, the offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (including but not limited to EPS discount offer, purchase of mobile device using a handset coupon, employee discounts and discount offers open to members of The Club).
4. These offers cannot be utilized together.
5. These offers can be used in conjunction with usual Clubpoint and standalone handset gifts (if any).
6. Each designated handset can be obtained via these offers one time only.

8. The General Terms & Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between csl and yourself, in respect of the mobile service and Restart Service.
9. csl reserves the right to vary or cancel these offers and/or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. In the event of dispute, decisions made by CSL and/or Bolttech Device Protection Hong Kong Limited shall be final and binding.
10. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English shall prevail
   

Exclusive Offer for Online Subscription

Designated customers who subscribe to the Restart Handset Switching Service (the “Restart Service”) via csl or 1O1O mobile application (https://cslserviceapp.page.link/WjVY) (the “Mobile App”) during the Promotion Period is entitled to a one-month service fee waiver and enjoy the Restart Service without a commitment period (the “Offer”). For the second bill month and onwards, HK$58 monthly fee will be charged via your csl/1O1O mobile bill. By applying for the Restart Service through the Mobile App, you confirm to have read, understood and accepted (i) Restart Program Terms and Conditions (https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/restart/) and (ii) the following terms and conditions:
 
1. The Offer starts on 18 June, 2021 until further notice (the “Promotion Period”).
2. To be eligible for this Offer, you must be an existing customer of designated csl or 1O1O post-paid plans and have an Eligible Handset or Watch (as defined in the Restart Handset Switching Service Terms and Conditions). Please check the eligibility of your handset or watch carefully before you subscribe to the Restart Service.
3. Unless otherwise stated explicitly, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers (including but not limited to limited time offer, EPS discount offer, purchase of mobile device with Handset Coupon, employee price discounts, The Club member discount offer).
4. Each designated handset is eligible for the Offer for one time only.
5. Upon subscription, you will receive a designated promotion code via SMS and you must apply the designated promotion code to register for the Restart Service at the designated website (https://restart-device.bolttech.hk)within 60 days upon purchase of a designated handset or watch. The Restart Service takes effect only after successful registration.
6. Eligible Handset or Watch must be in good conditions. Upon registration, you will be required to go through an online device check (the “Eligibility Check”), which is operated and managed by Bolttech Device Protection Hong Kong Limited, to examine the conditions of your handset or watch. Request for refund via CSL hotline at 25123123 or 1O1O hotline at 28881010 will be accepted if your handset or watch fails the Eligibility Check.
7. If you subscribe to the Restart Service during the Promotion Period, you enjoy the Restart Service without a commitment period. This Restart Service will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis at HK$58 or the latest prevailing rate (whichever is higher) until it is cancelled by you by giving us at least 30-day written notice via csl hotline at 25123123 or 1O1O hotline at 28881010.
