- Peak speed for data download is 100Mbps and upload is 5.76Mbps. Actual speed experienced may be less than the theoretical speed obtainable on the network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
- Your Volume-based Plan (“VBP”) will be renewed automatically every 30 days after subscription. Any unused data or local voice minutes will be forfeited at the end of the 30-day period and cannot be carried forward.
- To unsubscribe: dial *101#626*1# for $38, dial *101#626*2# for $88 or dial *101#626*3# for $99.
- You can sign up to any of our Unlimited Data Plans any time before or after you have signed up to the VBP. Your data consumption will be first deducted from your VBP allocation until the data has been used up.

Terms and Conditions Unlimited Data Plan
- Peak speed for data download is 42Mbps and upload is 5.76Mbps. Actual speed experienced may be less than the theoretical speed obtainable on the network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
- When 30-Day/90-Day UDP auto-renewed, the local voice minutes will be accumulated to the next 30 days/90 days, max 10,000 minutes. Any unused Data usage or local voice minutes of Data Plan would be forfeited upon expiry of Data Plan validity period.
- 1-Day Data Plan includes a continuous 24-hour session upon your subscription.
- After you have reached data usage of Fair Usage Level of Unlimited Data Plan “UDP”, you can still continue to use the service. However, your network speed specification will be capped at 512kbps. For details, please visit https://www.hkcsl.com/en/prepaid-fair-usage-policy/.
- While any Unlimited Data Plan (“UDP”) is activated, you may subscribe more than one Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”). The data from Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) will be used up first. Once the data usage from Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) has been used up, our Data usage will be deducted from Unlimited Data Plans (“UDP”). The Validity of Unlimited Data Plan (“UDP”) & Data Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) will not be extended.
- If you subscribe to multiple Unlimited Data Plan simultaneously, the remaining data balance of the existing data pass will be forfeited, and the new entitlement will take effect immediately. Terms and Conditions of IDD Package:
- The IDD Package subscription is only available to Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM users (“Users”).
- IDD Package entitles Users to 70 IDD minutes for consecutive 7 days calling from their Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM to Globe/ TM mobile numbers in the Philippines. Remaining daily usage cannot be carried forward to next day and to be forfeited accordingly. Upon successful subscription to IDD Package, Users will receive an SMS confirming their subscription.
- IDD calls on IDD Package will be charged on a per-minute basis. Local airtime rate of $0.25/minute will also be charged accordingly. If there is insufficient balance to cover the cost of the local call, IDD minutes will not be usable until the account is topped up prior to expiry of subscription.
- IDD Package is intended for the User’s personal use only, and should not be used for call forwarding, It may be terminated at any time without prior notice.
- A maximum of five (5) different Globe/TM numbers may be called per subscription to the IDD Package.
- If the subscription to IDD Package is terminated or the 70 IDD minutes for consecutive 7 days are used up before expiry. Normal IDD rate will be charged. New IDD Package can only be subscribed when existing IDD package expired.

Terms and Conditions of Voice Call, IDD, SMS and Video Call:

Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid
customers, 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a quota of 10 free SMS per day ("Quota").
Unused Daily Quota units cannot be carried forward to the next day and will be forfeited at the end of the
relevant day. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS.
Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text
SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. The Quota does not include Inter-network SMS and
International SMS.

Additional local airtime charge of $0.025/6 seconds will be applied for IDD calls. The minimum charge is
ONE minute for both local airtime charge & IDD charge.

- When 30-Day/90-Day UDP auto-renewed, the local voice minutes will be accumulated to the next 30 days/90 days, max 10,000 minutes. Any unused Data usage or local voice minutes of Data Plan would be forfeited upon expiry of Data Plan validity period.
- 1-Day Data Plan includes a continuous 24-hour session upon your subscription.

Terms and Conditions of IDD Package:
- The IDD Package subscription is only available to Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM users (“Users”).
- IDD Package entitles Users to 70 IDD minutes for consecutive 7 days calling from their Kumusta Ka Prepaid SIM to Globe/ TM mobile numbers in the Philippines. Remaining daily usage cannot be carried forward to next day and to be forfeited accordingly. Upon successful subscription to IDD Package, Users will receive an SMS confirming their subscription.
- IDD calls on IDD Package will be charged on a per-minute basis. Local airtime rate of $0.25/minute will also be charged accordingly. If there is insufficient balance to cover the cost of the local call, IDD minutes will not be usable until the account is topped up prior to expiry of subscription.
- IDD Package is intended for the User’s personal use only, and should not be used for call forwarding, It may be terminated at any time without prior notice.

Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to one2free prepaid customers, PCCW-HKT prepaid
customers, 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a quota of 10 free SMS per day ("Quota").
Unused Daily Quota units cannot be carried forward to the next day and will be forfeited at the end of the
relevant day. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS.
Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text
SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. The Quota does not include Inter-network SMS and
International SMS.
