Free HKT.AI 3-month for Designated csl Customers – Promotion Terms and Conditions (Effective from 28 July 2026)

Eligible csl consumer customers who received an invitation SMS during the Promotion Period will be entitled to an activation code for redemption of HKT.AI for three (3) months for free (Total value of HK$504) (this “Promotion”). Relevant terms and conditions apply.

1. This Promotion is valid from 28 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).2. To become an eligible customer for this Promotion (“Eligible Customer”), you must be a selected csl customer who has received an invitation SMS sent by CSL Mobile Limited containing the 'Free 3-Month HKT.AI's activation code (“Activation Code”) during the Promotion Period.

3. An Eligible Customer will be entitled to one (1) invitation SMS and Activation code during the Promotion Period for one time only.

4. Each Activation Code is restricted to a one-time redemption by an Eligible Customer for a 3-month HKT.AI (“Offer”) with a total value of HK$504. Commencing from the date of redemption, 16,800 usage credits will be allocated per month for three (3) consecutive months for Eligible Customers to use on HKT.AI. For example, if the redemption date falls on 28 July, the first usage credit cycle shall run from 28 July to 27 August, the second from 28 August to 27 September, and the third from 28 September to 27 October.

5. Usage credits are strictly for use within their designated usage credit cycle and are non-cumulative; any unused balance at the end of a cycle will automatically expire and be forfeited. Upon exhaustion of the monthly usage credit allowance, the customer will be unable to use HKT.AI until the start of the next usage credit cycle.

6. In order to enjoy the Offer, Eligible Customer must follow the instructions to redeem the Offer via an Activation Code and designated redemption link in the SMS on or before 30 September 2026.

7. The redemption link and the redemption for the Offer are only for new HKT.AI users (as determined by email address used for the redemption) who have never used HKT.AI. Each Activation Code can be used to redeem one HKT.AI account to enjoy free HKT.AI for three (3) months. Failure to redeem by 30 September 2026 will result in forfeiture of the eligibility for the Offer, and customers will not be compensated in any way. The Activation Code and the redemption link will not be re-issued under any circumstances.

8. HKT.AI (including the Offer, all Activation Code and redemption links under this Promotion) are provided by AI Hub HKT Limited (“HKT”) and is subject to the HKT’s terms of service (including its free trial terms) and sign‑up requirements as updated by HKT from time to time. Such sign‑up requirements may include (without limitation) the requirement for the customer to provide a valid email address in order to activate and/or continue to enjoy the HKT.AI. 9. Unless otherwise stated, upon successful redemption of the Offer under this Promotion, the HKT.AI will automatically end after the 3-month free trial expires.

10. Notwithstanding any provisions in these Terms and Conditions, we have sole discretion on whether or not to offer or to give an Activation Code or a redemption link to any customer (whether being an Eligible Customer or not).

11. Unless otherwise stated, this Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

12. The Offer, all Activation Code and redemption links are strictly for the personal use of eligible user only. The Offer and the redemption Link are non-transferable, non-resellable, and cannot be assigned, sold, exchanged, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

13. We are not the provider or operator of HKT.AI (including the Offer, all Activation Code and redemption links under this Promotion). We make no representation or guarantee to any aspect of HKT.AI (including the Offer, all Activation Code and redemption links under this Promotion) (including but not limited to their quality) and shall not in any way be liable to any matters in relation thereto. 16. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to HKT.AI (including the Offer, Activation Code and the redemption link under this Promotion), HKT’s decisions shall be final.

17. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
