Now TV beIN SPORTS Super組合月費計劃優惠（「此增值服務計劃」）：

1.       現有1O1O、csl 或 Club Sim月費服務之客戶享 HK$148 /月訂購指定承諾期之beIN SPORTS Super組合。

2.       此增值服務計劃之承諾期為 24 或 36 個月並由 1O1O、csl 或 Club Sim 月費服務計劃之增值服務計劃合約（如適用）列明之生效日開始。

3.       此增值服務計劃不包括機頂盒，您可以透過特定及相容的電腦運作系統、瀏覽器、流動裝置應用程式及／或智能電視應用程式進入Now TV 應用程式/網站以網絡串流使用 Now TV 服務。您必須以您已登記的1O1O、csl 或 Club Sim 月費服務計劃的流動電話號碼登記或登入 Now ID 帳戶以收看 Now TV 節目內容。如果您訂購此增值服務計劃連機頂盒計劃，您可以透過機頂盒接收 Now TV 服務 ，您必須以您已登記的電郵地址登記或登入 Now ID 帳戶以收看 Now TV 節目內容。

4.       此增值服務計劃之月費將於1O1O、csl 或 Club Sim 月費服務計劃帳單收取。

5.       要享受此增值服務計劃，您必須(i)選用指定的 HK$148 Now TV beIN SPORTS Super組合月費計劃，以及(ii) 簽訂 24 個月或 36 個月承諾期（「指定計劃」）。如您於承諾期屆滿前終止此增值服務計劃，您須向我們繳付提早終止費用，其為承諾期所剩餘月份之所有服務月費總額。承諾期結束後，增值服務計劃將會繼續以相同月費按月為該客戶提供，直至該客戶給予香港移動通訊有限公司至少 30 天(或1O1O、csl 或 Club Sim 月費服務計劃之增值服務計劃合約要求之其他期限 (如適用)) 的事先通知終止該增值服務計劃之訂購。

6.       歐洲聯賽冠軍盃(歐聯) 、歐霸盃、歐洲協會聯賽(歐協聯)、德國甲組足球聯賽(德甲) 、世界一級方程式錦標賽、澳洲網球公開賽及法國網球公開賽節目由beIN SPORTS提供。所有節目内容及賽事取決於權利持有人及/或賽事主辦單位的取消及/或暫停。賽事日期及時間可能會不時變更，請參閱權利持有人及賽事主辦單位官方公佈。

7.       若增值服務計劃下的任何訂購被終止，增值服務計劃亦會被終止，Now TV Limited 及香港移動通訊有限公司不就此承擔任何責任。

8.       此增值服務計劃由 Now TV Limited 提供。香港移動通訊有限公司不是此增值服務計劃的提供者。對於此增值服務計劃的任何方面，香港移動通訊有限公司不作任何陳述或保證，對於此增值服務計劃的任何事項，香港移動通訊有限公司不承擔任何責任。

9.       此增值服務計劃受其他條款和條件約束。詳情請參閱Now TV條款及條件、Now TV 應用程式/網站條款及條件、Now TV 服務指南及 Now TV 合約/ Now TV 申請書，詳情可參閱 https://www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions 及 https://nowplayer.now.com/setting-sn-termsnconditions-npa。

10.   此增值服務計劃受香港移動通訊有限公司的服務條款約束（https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/service-terms-and-conditions/）。香港移動通訊有限公司保留隨時更改或取消此優惠和/或修改這些條款及細則的權利，恕不另行通知。

11.   如果英文版本和中文版本的條款及細則有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。

12.   如有任何爭議，香港移動通訊有限公司保留最終決定權。

 

#有關1O1O / csl / Club Sim 用户使用Now E及Now TV 應用程式豁免流動數據用量條款及細則

1.       由2023年7月14日起，所有1O1O / csl / Club Sim月費服務計劃用户(「用户」)透過註冊SIM卡提供的本地流動數據，可豁免於香港地區內使用Now E 應用程式內瀏覽及串流觀看Now E 影片及/或Now TV 應用程式內瀏覽及串流觀看Now TV 影片時所產生之流動數據用量。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述兩個程式下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於觀看Now E 應用程式及Now TV 應用程式內所播放的視頻廣告、從其他網站（例如橫幅廣告）或/和從重上述兩個程式內定向的任何其他網站（例如，來自第三方的廣告）, 而所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用Now E 應用程式及/或Now TV 應用程式，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。

2.       Now E 及Now TV 應用程式上的所有節目內容只限用户於香港地區內及私人觀看，不得作任何公開或商業用途放映或播放。

3.       Now E及Now TV 受其收費條款約束。

4.       影像素質取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。

5.       Now E、應用程式及網站由Now TV Limited提供，而 Now E 之內容則由Now TV Limited及第三方內容供應商提供，Now E 的使用受並 Now E 條款和條件的約束(詳情可於 https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service 上瀏覽)。

6.       「Now TV 應用程式」只播放部份特定頻道及節目，受「Now TV 應用程式」條款及條件 (請瀏覽網頁 http://nowplayer.now.com/tnc)約束。請注意閣下於 Now TV 應用程式服務任何頻道， 節目及/或內容之觀看可隨時被取消而不會作任何事先通知。Now TV 應用程式只適用於流動裝置具備 iOS 7.0 或以上及 Android 4.0 或以上之原裝及沒有被第三者更改的作業系統。

7.       香港移動通訊有限公司不是內容的供應商，並不對其質量素作出任何陳述或保證，也不對因此產生或與之相關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。

8.       本條款及條件以英文版本為準（如有任何僅作參考用的中文版本提供）。

如有任何爭議，香港移動通訊有限公司及Now TV Limited將保留最終決定權。

^Terms and Conditions for Now TV beIN SPORTS Super Pack Monthly Offer

Now TV beIN SPORTS Super Pack Monthly Offer (“VAS Plan”):

1.       Existing customers of 1O1O, csl or Club Sim monthly services plan can enjoy a HK$148/month subscription to Now TV beIN SPORTS Super Pack with a fixed commitment period.

2.       The commitment period of this VAS Plan is 24/36 months and starts from the commencement date specified in the VAS Plan contract (if applicable) of the 1O1O, csl or Club Sim monthly service plan.

3.       This VAS Plan does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box, you will be able to access Now TV services through internet streaming via the Now TV App/Website on specific and compatible computer operating systems, browsers, mobile devices and/or smart televisions. You must register or log in Now ID account by your registered 1O1O, csl or Club Sim Postpaid mobile phone number to watch Now TV content. If you subscribe to this VAS Plan with a Set-Top Box service, you can receive the Now TV service through the Set-Top Box, you must register with your registered email address or log in to your Now ID account to watch Now TV program content.

4.       The monthly subscription fee of the VAS Plan will be billed through a 1O1O, csl or Club Sim Postpaid invoice.

5.       To enjoy this VAS Plan, you must (i) subscribe the designated HK$148 Now TV beIN SPORTS Super Pack monthly plan, and (ii) Sign up for a 24-months or 36-months commitment period. If you terminate the VAS Plan before the expiry of the commitment period, you must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period. After the commitment period ends, the VAS Plan will continue to be provided to the customer at the same monthly fee until the customer provide CSL Mobile Limited 30 days prior notice (or other periods required by the VAS Plan contract of 1O1O, csl or Club Sim monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the VAS Plan.

6.       UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Europa Conference League, Bundesliga, Formula One, Australian Open and Roland Garros are provided by beIN SPORTS. All program content and matches are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or event organizers. The dates and times of all aforementioned matches and sporting events may be subject to change from time to time, please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and event organizers for the latest information.

7.       If any subscription under the VAS Plan is terminated, the VAS Plan will also be terminated and Now TV Limited and CSL Mobile Limited shall not be responsible for such forfeiture.

8.       This VAS Plan is provided by Now TV Limited. CSL Mobile Limited is not the supplier of the VAS Plan and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality, and CSL Mobile Limited does not assume any responsibility for any matters related to this VAS Plan.

10.   This VAS Plan is subject to CSL Mobile Limited’s terms of service ( https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/service-terms-and-conditions/ ). CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to change or cancel this offer and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

11.   If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

12.   In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL Mobile Limited shall be final.

 

#Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim users to waive the data usage of Now E and Now TV app

1.       Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl / Club Sim Sim monthly service plan (“Users”)can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now E videos content and/or Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now E app and/or Now TV app (“Apps”)in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the Apps. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now E app and/or Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.

2.       All programming on Now E and Now TV app can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the content is for private viewing in Hong Kong only by the Users. It cannot be publicly or commercially displayed or played.

3.       This service is subject to the relevant charging terms and conditions of Now E and Now TV.

4.       The image quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance.

5.       Now E, the app, and the website are provided by Now TV Limited, while the content of Now E is provided by Now TV Limited and third-party content providers. The use of Now E is subject to the Now E terms and conditions (https://www.nowe.hk/tnc/service).

6.       "Now TV app" only plays certain specific channels and programs. Please refer to the "Now TV app" terms and conditions (please visit http://nowplayer.now.com/tnc). Please note that the viewing of any channel, program, and/or content on the Now TV app service can be canceled at any time without prior notice. The Now TV app is only suitable for mobile devices with iOS 7.0 or above and Android 4.0 or above, with original and unmodified operating systems.

7.       CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it.

8.       These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only).

9.       In case of any disputes, CSL Mobile Limited and Now TV Limited reserve the right to make the final decision.
