*HSBC Teens特選客戶 - csl 中小幼學生 5G 服務計劃之條款及細則：

1. 《csl 中小幼學生 5G 服務計劃》（「此計劃」）須於2026年7月27日至2026年11月15日期間申請並開通服務。

2. 如欲申請此計劃，客戶須為：

(i) 提供由滙豐就「滙豐Teens x csl開戶優惠」所發出的專屬兌換碼；

(ii) 為任何註冊於香港的幼稚園、小學、中學或專上院校的全日制學生的父母或監護人，並出示有效的學生證或手冊；

(iii) 年滿18歲或以上；

(iv) 簽訂36個月承諾期，並須在簽訂此計劃時預繳港幣500元。

3. 此計劃包含 (i) 港幣1,000元 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券（「電子禮券」）或 (ii) 指定智能裝置乙部。每個專屬兌換碼只限使用一次及只可申請此計劃乙次。有關電子禮券之條款及細則可參閱 https://www.hkcsl.com/zh_HK/csl-hsbc-jp-handset-coupon-tnc 。

4. 此計劃之服務由包括但不限於 5G，4.5G 或 3G 網絡提供。在沒有 5G 網絡覆蓋之地區，將以現時 4.5G 及 / 或 3G 網絡提供服務予本合約。此計劃之每月基本或增值數據適用於網絡分享（tethering）及點對點（P2P）功能，包括 Bit-Torrent 等。

5. 此計劃豁免每月港幣18元行政費。此計劃正價月費為港幣 88 元，合約期內可享每月月費回贈港幣 10 元並可獲豁免費首6個月月費優惠，於第7個月開始以月費港幣88元收費連每月月費回贈港幣 10 元，此折扣後的每月費用為港幣78元。承諾期後，其後月費將調整至當時之等同本地數據用量服務計劃之月費。

6. 此計劃包括每月 20GB本地流動數據，其後本地流動數據網絡規格將會被降至上限 1Mbps。客戶所體驗之實際速度會相當地少於最高下載速度，並會因應不同因素而有所偏差，包括互聯網之實際情況、伺服器運作速度、網絡性能、覆蓋範圍、地點、所使用之電腦或裝置、硬件、軟件及其他因素。

7. 中國內地及澳門漫遊數據：

(i) 此服務適用於指定 csl 月費服務計劃，並須登記 IDD 、漫遊服務及數據漫遊日費之個人客戶，並受有關條款及細則約束。如客戶尚未登記 IDD 及國際漫遊服務或同時已申請暫停流動數據漫遊服務，選用中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合即代表客戶已同意開啟 IDD 及漫遊服務並同意開啟流動數據漫遊服務 。

(ii) 此服務內包含之使用量只適用於中國內地及澳門使用 。此服務內包含之使用量只供該賬單月內使用，餘額不能累積至下一個賬單月並會於該賬單月被取消。

(iii) 如客戶同時擁有中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合、中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合 (包括可共享用量及不可共享用量之組合) 及大中華數據漫遊組合，於中國內地或澳門使用數據漫遊服務時，使用量會先從不可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除，其後會從大中華數據漫遊組合中扣除， 再會從可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除，最後會從中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合中扣除。

8. 除非另有註明，此計劃內包含之使用量只適用於本地使用及以每分鐘為單位，所有不足一分鐘的使用量亦作一分鐘計算。當你使用來電等候服務並同時接駁多於一條電話線，通話時間將按照所有已接駁電話線之時間總數計算。

10. 客戶選購此計劃並簽訂 36 個月承諾期可享以下其中一項 Now TV 組合 12 個月: 智醒兒童組合（不連機頂盒）、STEM 學習組合（不連機頂盒）或 Now True 自選服務（不連機頂盒）（各為一個「Now TV 增值服務計劃」）。此 Now TV 增值服務計劃之首 12 個月基本月費會被豁免並由指定服務計劃列明之生效日開始，由第 13 個月起服務將會以按月收費港幣 68 元，每月月費將於 csl 月費服務計劃帳單中收取，直至該客戶給予 CSL 至少 30 天 或 CSL 之服務計劃合約要求之其他期限 (如適用) 的事先通知此服務計劃之訂購。此優惠不包括 Now TV 機頂盒。此優惠不適用於 Now TV 連機頂盒客戶。此有關 Now TV 增值服務計劃及 Now TV 服務由 Now TV Limited 提供並受其條款細則約束，詳情請參閱 https://nowtv.hk 。

11. (a)客戶選購此計劃並簽訂36 個月承諾期可享1張港幣1,000元 csl手機及手機配件電子禮券（「電子禮券」）或 獲贈一部指定智能產品，指定產品包括：

(b) 客戶須預繳港幣500元，而預繳金額將於承諾期內於第一期至第三十五期帳單（每期帳單港幣13元）以及第36張帳單（港幣45元）分期回贈至客戶的csl賬戶內。

(c) 如客戶選擇電子禮券將會於此計劃生效後透過指定csl流動應用程式的「我的錢包」以優惠券形式發放。電子禮券的到期日為2026年11月15日。有關電子禮券之使用條款及細則，可參閱：https://www.hkcsl.com/zh_HK/csl-hsbc-jp-handset-coupon-tnc 。

(d) 如客戶選擇指定智能產品，將於計劃生效後收到電子優惠券，客戶須於兌換期內前往指定csl/1O1O門市兌換禮品。客戶一旦完成登記服務計劃並已選定指定智能產品，所選產品將不可更改。 兌換期為此計劃生效日起至2026年11月15日止。指定智能產品數量有限，先到先得，送完即止。指定智能產品的型號可能會在未經提前通知的情況下更改。

13. 若指定計劃因任何原因於有關承諾期屆滿前終止，合資格客戶將須支付上述服務計劃的承諾期內剩餘原價月費之總和作為優惠之價值。

*csl Kids and teens 5G service plan for HSBC Teens account customers (the “Plan”) Terms and Conditions

1. This Plan is only open for subscription and service plan activation from 27 July 2026 to 15 November 2026, both dates inclusive. 

2. To apply for the Plan, you must:-

(i) Present a unique redemption code which is issued by HSBC for the “HSBC Teens x csl Account Opening Offer”;

(ii) Be a parent or guardian of any full-time students of any kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools, or tertiary institutions registered in Hong Kong and present a valid student ID card or handbook;

(iii) at least 18 years old;

(iv) commit to a 36-month commitment period and make a HK$500 prepayment upon subscription.

3. The Plan is inclusive of (i) HK$1,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher (the “Voucher”) OR (ii) ONE designated device. Each unique redemption code is for single use and valid for ONE service plan only. 4. The Plan operates on 5G, 4.5G, or 3G networks. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, service will be provided via 4.5G and/or 3G networks. Monthly basic or top-up entitlement supports tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as BitTorrent).

5. A monthly administrative fee of HKD 18 is waived under the Plan. The suggested retail price of the monthly plan fee is HK$88, with a HK$10 monthly rebate.  The monthly fee for the first 6 months will be waived. From the 7th month onwards, the monthly fee will be HK$88 with a HK$10 monthly rebate. The discounted monthly fee is HK$78. After completion of the commitment period, the subsequent monthly fee will be adjusted to the prevailing rate of the equivalent local data plan.

6. This service plan includes 20GB monthly local mobile data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 1Mbps. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the 4 network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors. 

7. Mainland China and Macau Data Roaming Package: 

(i) The Mainland China and Macau Data Roaming Package is available to customers who have activated IDD, roaming service and subscribe to Data Roaming Day Pass service. It is subject to related Terms and Conditions. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.

(ii) The usage is applicable only for Mainland China and Macau. Any unused data cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.

(iii) If customers have both Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package, Mainland China Data Roaming Package (included shareable and non-shareable) and Greater China Data Roaming Package, data roaming usage in Mainland China or in Macau will be deducted from non-shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package first, then it will be deducted from Greater China Data Roaming Package, then it will be deducted from shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package. After that, it will be deducted from Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package.

8. Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only and will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute. When you use the Call Waiting service and are connected to more than one telephone line, airtime will be calculated according to the total time spent on all connected lines during call waiting.

10. Customers subscribing to this plan with 36-month commitment period can enjoy one of the following Now TV service packs for 12 months: Junior Pack (without set-top box), STEM Learning Pack (without set-top box) or Now True On-demand (without set-top box) (each a "Now TV Value-Added Service Pack"). The first 12 months’ basic fee of the Now TV Value-Added Service Pack will be waived from the commencement date of the dedicated service plan. HK$68 monthly fee will apply from the 13th month, billed through CSL monthly statement until customer provides minimum 30 days' prior notice or other period as required by the service contract of CSL. This offer excludes Now TV set-top box and is not applicable to existing customers of Now TV with set-top box. The relevant Now TV Value-Added Service Pack and Now TV services are provided by Now TV Limited and are subject to Now TV Limited’s terms and conditions; For details, please see Now TV’s website at https://nowtv.hk.

11. (a) Customers subscribing to this plan with 36-month commitment period can enjoy ONE $1,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher OR receive ONE designated device. The models of designated devices include:

(b) Customers are required to make a prepayment of HK$500. The prepaid amount will be credited to the Customer’s csl account from the 1st to the 35th bill (HK$13 per bill) & 36th bill (HK$45) during the commitment period.

(c) If customer chooses a HK$1,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher, the HK$1,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift Voucher will be issued in the form of coupons via the csl app's "My Wallet" after the Plan activation. The coupon expiry date of HK$1,000 csl Handset and Handset Accessory e-Gift voucher is 15 November 2026. (d) If the customer chooses a designated device, they will receive a coupon via the csl app’s “My Wallet” after the Plan activation. The customer must visit a csl/1O1O shop within the redemption period to redeem the device. Once the customer completes the subscription for the service plan and selects a designated device, the chosen model cannot be changed. The redemption period of designated devices is from the plan activation until 15 November 2026. The quantity of devices is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. While supplies last. The models of designated devices may be subject to change without prior notice.

13. If the Plan is terminated prior to the expiry of the minimum commitment period for any reason, Eligible Customers will be required to pay the outstanding monthly fees for the remaining contract period for the value of the Offer.

14. Unless otherwise stated, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or discount offer and is non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or other products.

17. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. In the event of dispute in relation to this Promotion, our decisions shall be final. In the event of dispute in relation to the use of the Offer, the Provider’s decisions shall be final.
