註:
(1) 上述「娛樂無縫月費計劃」(「此計劃」)適用於新上台客戶,須簽訂24/36個月承諾期。每月港幣18元行政費亦適用於以上所有計劃。5G服務計劃受條款及細則約束,詳情請參閱 https://www.hkcsl-5g.com/tc/5g-tariff-plan/?5g=5g。
(2) 客戶如選用月費港幣448元/498元之服務計劃,可享首6個月每月1TB本地流動數據用量,其後每月500GB本地流動數據用量。當客戶於該月的流動數據用量達至其服務計劃的指定水平後,本公司將以SMS及電郵形式發出通知。客戶可繼續使用流動數據服務而不受速度限制。然而,客戶所享用的網絡優次將因應網絡情況或會降低,客戶的流動數據體驗或會受到影響。實際可達之網絡速度將可能會相當地少於網絡規格,並受多項因素影響,包括但不限於互聯網連接狀況、伺服器速度、網絡擠塞情況、網絡覆蓋、地點、所使用之裝置、硬件及軟件配置、使用量水平及其他相關因素。
(3) 「此計劃」使用 5G 網絡。只適用於指定 5G 網絡覆蓋地區及客戶需使用指定可支援的裝置。然而客戶所體驗之實際速度會少於網絡規格,並會因應所使用之裝置、地點、網絡情況及其他因素而有所影響。離開 5G 網絡覆蓋範圍,以 3G / 4.5G 提供流動通訊服務。
(4) 中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合:
• 此服務適用於指定csl 月費服務計劃,並須登記 IDD 、漫遊服務及數據漫遊日費之個人客戶,並受有關條款及細則約束。如客戶尚未登記 IDD 及國際漫遊服務或同時已申請 [暫停流動數據漫遊服務] ,選用中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合即代表客戶已同意開啟 IDD 及漫遊服務並同意 [開啟流動數據漫遊服務] 。
• 此服務內包含之使用量只適用於中國內地及澳門使用 。如客戶之中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合內包含之使用量為「每月3GB」,此服務內包含之使用量只供該賬單月內使用,餘額不能累積至下一個賬單月並會於該賬單月被取消。
• 如客戶同時擁有中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合、中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合 (包括可共享用量及不可共享用量之組合) 及大中華數據漫遊組合,於中國內地或澳門使用數據漫遊服務時,使用量會先從不可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除,其後會從大中華數據漫遊組合中扣除, 再會從可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除,最後會從中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合中扣除。
• 除特別註明外,此服務不能與其他折扣、推廣或優惠同時使用。亦不能轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品/服務。
• 如客戶於承諾期完結前或期間提前終止流動通訊服務將視作放棄相關優惠。香港移動通訊有限公司不會就客戶放棄此權利而負上任何責任。
• 如客戶於承諾期內提早終止服務,客戶須向本公司支付提早終止費用,其為此服務承諾期內之剩餘月費總和。
(5) 凡選用此計劃之指定客戶,於csl月費服務計劃合約條款列明的24/36 個承諾期內可於合約期內享指定Now TV組合 (不連機頂盒) (「Now TV組合」)。Now TV組合有效期由指定csl 服務計劃合約列明的生效日(「生效日」)開始。Now TV組合由生效日起24/36個月內有效(視乎csl月費服務計劃的指定承諾期而定),不論客戶是否啟用Now TV組合。如客戶於指定承諾期屆滿前終止csl服務計劃,相關的Now TV組合亦將同時終止。Now TV 組合不包括Now TV機頂盒及不適用於在 Now TV 機頂盒上使用。若現有 Now TV 客戶欲使用相同 Now ID觀看本計劃包含的Now TV節目內容,該Now ID必須為未曾登記或連接任何Now TV (連機頂盒)服務。若現有 Now TV 客戶已訂購指定Now TV組合並出現組合內容重疊的情況,則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此計劃下的Now TV服務。詳情請諮詢我們的銷售人員。Now TV客戶必須擁有 Now ID以透過Now 應用程式 (包括透過網絡串流於特定流動裝置或特定智能電視的Now 應用程式和透過於特定電腦運作系統、瀏覽器及應用程式的Now TV 網站以使用 Now TV 服務,客戶必須以已登記的指定csl服務計劃的流動電話號碼或電郵登記或登入 Now ID 帳戶以收看Now TV 組合 的節目內容。所有節目、内容及賽事取決於權利持有人及/或賽事主辦單位的取消及/或暫停。賽事及節目日期及時間可能會不時變更,請參閱權利持有人及賽事主辦單位官方最新公佈。請務必須知Now TV Limited 並不能確保您所訂購Now TV服務的賽事、內容、頻道、節目及或服務於您的訂購期內會持續播放或提供,及Now TV 服務的頻道內容及節目、以及任何頻道或節目的播出時間可能會不時更改。 Now TV Limited不對任何賽事、內容、頻道及/或節目的播放故障、未能供應或播放延遲承擔責任。客戶使用和有關 Now TV 服務均須遵守於 Now TV 購買前須知、Now TV 條款及條件、Now 應用程式/網站條款及條件、Now TV 服務指南及 Now TV 合約 / Now TV 申請書條款及細則約束,詳情可參閱 www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions 及 https://nowplayer.now.com/setting-sn-termsnconditions-npa 。 Now TV 服務只適用於指定地區。Now TV 為 HKT 集團之註冊商標。 Now TV Limited保留權利可於任何時間修改本條款及條件、Now TV條款及條件、Now TV 應用程式/網頁條款及條件、Now TV 服務指南之條款及條件及 Now TV 合約/ Now TV 申請書條款及細則而不作事先通知。如有任何爭議,Now TV Limited保留一切最終決定權。
(6) 凡選用娛樂無縫月費計劃(娛樂版)之指定客戶,於csl月費服務計劃合約條款列明的24/36 個月承諾期內可於合約期觀看 以下Now TV組合的內容: 亞洲星級娛樂組合+(Disney+標準)(不連機頂盒) (價值: 港幣128元/月) 當中已包括: 亞洲星級娛樂組合(不連機頂盒)及Disney+ 標準 (不連機頂盒)) 、歐美星級娛樂組合(HBO Max (標準方案) (不連機頂盒) (價值: 港幣78元/月)、 及 Now TV x Netflix (標準計劃) (不連機頂盒) (價值: 港幣88元/月)。僅供參考: Disney+ 標準 零售價 港幣81元/月 或 港幣810元/年。若現有 Now TV 客戶已訂購指定Now TV組合並出現組合內容重疊的情況,則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此計劃下的Now TV服務。 具體來說:(1) 亞洲星級娛樂組合+ (Disney+ 標準) (不連機頂盒) 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID亞洲星級娛樂組合或Dinsey+(不連機頂盒)之現有Now TV客戶; (2) 歐美星級娛樂組合(HBO Max (標準方案) (不連機頂盒) 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購歐美星級娛樂組合(HBO Max (標準方案)) 或 HBO Max(不連機頂盒)之現有Now TV客戶; 或(3) Now TV x Netflix (標準計劃) (不連機頂盒) 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購Netflix之現有Now TV客戶。
(7) 有關歐美星級娛樂組合服務計劃已包括客戶於此計劃訂購期內所訂購的 HBO Max(標準方案)服務之訂購。任何原因而終止此計劃,歐美星級娛樂組合及HBO Max 服務訂購亦會同時終止。歐美星級娛樂組合(HBO Max 標準方案) 的HBO Max (標準方案) 可同時在兩 (2) 部可支援裝置上以於HBO Max 應用程式以高清畫質觀賞節目內容。有關詳情請參閱https://www.max.com/hk/zh。訂購Now TV 服務不連機頂盒只可在最多兩部兼容裝置上同時於Now TV 應用程式/網站觀看直播或自選Now TV節目影片。客戶於訂購此計劃後,Now TV會於相關計劃生效日發送有關HBO Max 服務換領之SMS訊息通知至客戶登記之手提號碼。客戶必須透過Now TV提供之指定啟動連結前往HBO Max 服務網頁,並依指示輸入所需資料以啟動服務。客戶需跟從SMS訊息中的指示,或可以於http://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-hbomax 完成啟動HBO Max 服務程序。無論客戶是否已啟用 HBO Max 服務,服務計劃的承諾期/相關組合有效期/訂購期(如適用)將均由SMS訊息發出之日起開始計算。歐美星級娛樂組合月費計劃的部分HBO Max 自選服務內容僅在 HBO Max 應用程式提供。客戶可以安裝 HBO Max 應用程式或於電腦登入HBOMax.com 。更多有關Now TV服務下的歐美星級娛樂組合和由華納兄弟探索提供的HBO Max 應用程式詳情,請分別地參閱 https://www.nowtv.now.com/combo-pack/wsp和https://www.hbomax.com/hk/zh 。有關HBO Max的條款及細則,請參閱HBO Max網站https://www.hbomax.com/hk/zh 。由於技術限制, HBO Max 節目暫不支援於華為設備播放 。
(8) 娛樂無縫月費計劃(娛樂版)指定承諾期結束後將會以csl月費港幣518元 (或續期時的現行收費) ,除非指定客戶根據服務計劃合約/條款與條件列明之終止條件終止服務計劃。娛樂無縫月費計劃(娛樂版)內的亞洲星級娛樂組合+已包括亞洲星級娛樂組合及Disney+ 標準。有關亞洲星級娛樂組合+服務計劃已包括客戶於此計劃訂購期內所訂購的Disney+ 標準服務之訂購。任何原因而終止此計劃,亞洲星級娛樂組合及Disney+ 標準服務訂購亦會同時終止。服務計劃內的 Disney+ 標準: 可透過 Disney+ 應用程式和 Disney+ 網站 (www.disneyplus.com) 觀看,畫質最高支援全高清1080P、音質最高支援 5.1、同時觀看裝置數目: 2。更多有關您的Disney+ 訂購詳情、 Disney+ 服務的詳情及相關條款及細則,請參閱 https://www.disneyplus.com/ 。客戶於訂購此計劃後, Now TV會於相關計劃生效日發送有關 Disney+ 服務換領之SMS訊息通知至客戶登記之手提號碼。 客戶需要透過Now TV提供之指定啟動連結前往Disney+ 網頁 (https://www.disneyplus.com),並依指示輸入所需資料以啟動服務。客戶可以透過SMS訊息或前往 https://nowtv.hk/nowtv-disneyplus 完成啟動流程。無論客戶是否已啟用 Disney+服務,服務計劃的承諾期/相關組合有效期/訂購期(視情況而定)將均由SMS訊息發出之日起開始計算,不論Disney+ 服務服務是否啟動。Disney+的內容和服務僅在 Disney+ 應用程式和 Disney+ 網站 (www.disneyplus.com) 上提供,並不適用於透過 Now TV 服務上使用。更多有關Now TV服務下的亞洲星級娛樂組合+,請參閱https://www.nowtv.now.com/combo-pack/aspplus 。有關Disney+服務的詳情及相關條款及細則,請參閱 https://www.disneyplus.com/ 。Disney+服務受其相關條款及細則約束。
(9) 任何原因而終止此計劃都會終止Now TV x Netflix (標準計劃)之Netflix訂閱。此計劃內的Now TV x Netflix(標準計劃)可同時在兩(2)部支援裝置上以全高畫質透過Netflix 平台觀賞Netflix內容。有關詳情請參閱https://help.netflix.com/zh-tw/node/24926 。客戶於訂購此計劃後, Now TV會於相關服務生效日發送有關Netflix服務計劃換領之SMS短訊通知至客戶登記之手提號碼。客戶必須透過Now TV提供之指定啟動連結前往Netflix網頁,並依指示輸入所需資料以啟動相關服務計劃。客戶需跟從SMS短訊中的指示,或可以於https://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-netflix完成啟動Netflix服務程序。無論客戶是否已啟用Netflix服務,服務計劃的相關訂購期將均由SMS短訊發出之日起開始計算。Netflix服務由 Netflix Pte. Ltd. (「Netflix」) 提供,客戶必須接受相關條款才能使用 Netflix 的服務。有關Netflix《使用條款》,請查閱https://help.netflix.com/legal/termsofuse。Netflix標準計劃的相關服務受Netflix服務之條款及細則的約束,詳情請參閱 https://www.nowtv.now.com/netflix 。
(10) 凡選用5G娛樂無縫月費計劃(體育版)之指定客戶,於csl月費服務計劃合約條款列明的24/36 個承諾期內可於合約期觀看 以下Now TV組合的內容: 6星級體育及亞洲星級娛樂組合(不連機頂盒) (價值: 港幣298元/月)。若現有 Now TV 客戶已訂購指定Now TV組合並出現組合內容重疊的情況,則須使用不同的Now ID註冊此計劃下的Now TV服務。 ,具體來說:6星級體育及亞洲星級娛樂組合(不連機頂盒) 不適用於目前使用其相同Now ID並已訂購6星級體育組合(不連機頂盒)或 亞洲星級娛樂組合(不連機頂盒) 之現有Now TV客戶。Now TV將於香港收費電視獨家播放2025/26至2027/28季度的全部英格蘭超級足球聯賽賽事,2025/26賽季指定場次將以4K傳送。Now TV亦將於香港收費電視播放2025/2026季度的西班牙甲組足球聯賽,敬請留意,Now TV無法保證所有西班牙甲組足球聯賽每個賽季所有場次的直播。歐洲聯賽冠軍盃(歐聯) 、歐霸盃、歐洲協會聯賽(歐協聯)、德國甲組足球聯賽(德甲)、意大利甲組足球聯賽(意甲)、法國甲組足球聯賽(法甲)、土耳其足球超級聯賽(土超)、澳洲網球公開賽及法國網球公開賽節目由beIN SPORTS提供。所有節目、内容及賽事取決於權利持有人及/或賽事主辦單位的取消及/或暫停。上述賽事、體育賽事 及節目日期及時間可能會不時變更,請參閱權利持有人及賽事主辦單位官方最新公佈。請務必須知Now TV Limited並不能確保您所訂購Now TV服務的賽事、內容、頻道、節目及或服務於您的訂購期內會持續播放或提供,及Now TV 服務的頻道內容及節目、以及任何頻道或節目的播出時間可能會不時更改。 Now TV Limited不對任何賽事、內容、頻道及/或節目的播放故障、未能供應或播放延遲承擔責任。
(11) 選用指定5G服務計劃並簽訂24個月或以上承諾期,可獲贈「免費 Perplexity Pro 服務一年」優惠一次。每位客戶限享本優惠一次,不得重複使用。客戶將於購買完成後,透過csl 手機應用程式收到「免費 Perplexity Pro 服務一年」之電子優惠券。每張電子優惠券僅限合資格用戶使用一次,以兌換免費 Perplexity Pro 服務一年。條款及細則請參閱https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/hkt-perplexitypro-launch-2025/。 免費AI實戰課程由CSL提供。客戶可透過指定連結報讀課程。
(13) 你在簽訂「此計劃」時可賺取Club積分。如欲賺取Club積分,你必須為The Club會員而你的服務計劃須要仍然生效。Club積分之計算及兌換受Club HKT Limited的條款及細則約束,詳情請參閱The Club之網頁 https://www.theclub.com.hk。
(14) 「此計劃」之HK$2,000 手機及配件電子禮券僅於指定優惠期內有效。除特別註明外,此推廣優惠不可與其他折扣、推廣或優惠同時使用,且不可轉讓、兌換現金或其他產品。服務計劃的合約生效後一個月內,客戶可於csl 應用程式內之「我的錢包」的「優惠券」查看此手機及配件電子禮券。此禮券受相關條款及細則約束,並可能不時更新。詳情請參閱電子優惠券上的說明。
(15) 由 2023 年 7 月 14 號起,所有用 1O1O / csl / Club Sim 服務計劃用戶可豁免於香港地區內 Now TV 應用程式內串流觀看 Now TV 影片時所產生之流動數據用量及其相關收費。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述程式內瀏覽,下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問,流動數據豁免並不適用於觀看 Now TV 應用程式內所播放的視頻廣告、從其他網站 (例如橫幅廣告) 或 / 和從上述程式內定向的任何其他網站 (例如,來自第三方的廣告) 。於程式內瀏覽或下載內容所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用 Now TV 應用程式,或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。
(16) 有關1O1O / csl用戶使用MOOV豁免流動數據用量條款及細則:
• MOOV音樂服務(「MOOV」)及其內容﹑應用程式及網站由MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited提供,MOOV的收費及使用受MOOV條款和條件的約束,詳情可瀏覽https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html。
• 由2023年11月17日起,所有csl 服務計劃用户可豁免於香港地區內使用MOOV應用程式內串流收聽MOOV音樂服務內容所產生之流動數據用量及其相關收費。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述程式內瀏覽,下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於從其他網站(例如橫幅廣告)或/和從重上述程式內定向的任何其他網站(例如,來自第三方的廣告)。於程式內瀏覽或下載內容所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從你的1O1O / csl數據服務計劃中扣除。
• 如客戶在海外下載及/或使用MOOV應用程式,或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。MOOV上的所有內容只限用戶於香港地區內作個人用途,不可作公開或商業播放。
• MOOV 上的串流音樂質素取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。香港移動通訊有限公司不是內容的供應商,並不對其質量素作出任何陳述或保證,也不對因此產生或與之相關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。
• 本條款及條件以英文版本為準(如有任何僅作參考用的中文版本提供)。如有任何爭議,1O1O / csl將保留最終決定權。
(17) 適用於選用指定 5G 服務計劃客戶,客戶可於承諾期內享用Viu升級會員Lite服務至承諾期完結。指定5G服務計劃於承諾期完結後, Viu升級會員Lite服務隨即終止。如要使用Viu升級會員Lite服務,你須透過支援的流動裝置於Google Play或App Store下載並成功安裝Viu 應用程式及登記一個Viu 帳戶。 Viu升級會員Lite服務由PCCW OTT(Hong Kong)Limited提供, Viu升級會員Lite服務的使用將受Viu條款及條件的約束。詳情可瀏覽https://www.viu.com/ott/hk/zh-hk/copyright-statement/terms-and-conditions。

(19) 免費試用2個月MOOV 24 bit音樂服務(指定5G服務計劃)條款及細則:
• 凡購買指定含承諾期之csl. 指定5G服務計劃可享免費試用2個月MOOV 24 bit音樂服務及於免費試用期後以優惠月費港幣68元透過自動續約方式繼續訂購MOOV 24 bit音樂服務。客戶須透過香港移動通訊有限公司於選購含承諾期之csl. 指定5G服務計劃後所發送短信之連結登記或登入現有免費MOOV帳戶兌換2個月MOOV 24 bit音樂服務。若客戶於免費試用期後不同意繼續使用MOOV 24 bit音樂服務,須根據csl. 指定5G服務計劃之合約於免費試用期結束最少30日前通知香港移動通訊有限公司要求終止服務。客戶如不同意享用免費2個月MOOV 24 bit音樂服務,須於購買指定5G服務計劃時通知銷售人員。
• 此優惠只限客戶購買指定含承諾期之csl. 指定5G服務計劃及MOOV 24 bit音樂服務之新客戶,不適用於服務MOOV 16 bit及MOOV 24 bit音樂服務之現有客戶。
• MOOV 24 bit音樂服務只限客戶以手機作個人用途,不可作公開或商業播放,香港移動通訊有限公司及Moov (Hong Kong) Limited將保留追究權利。
• 音樂或短片串流之質素視乎 3G/4G/5G 網絡覆蓋範圍或手機型號而定。
• 只適用於指定可支援型號手機。
• 2個月MOOV 24 bit音樂服務由Moov (Hong Kong) Limited提供。此服務受有關條款及細則約束。詳情請參閱MOOV音樂服務優惠計劃條款及及條件(https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html)。
• 此服務或收費如有更改,恕不另行通知。香港移動通訊有限公司及Moov (Hong Kong) Limited將保留最終決定權。

(21)香港移動通訊有限公司(「CSL」)有權隨時終止或更改任何以上推廣優惠及其條款及細則而不作另行通知。除特別註明外,此推廣優惠不可與其他折扣、優惠或推廣同時使用。如有任何爭議,CSL保留最終決定權。香港移動通訊有限公司的一般服務條款(https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/service-terms-and-conditions/ )適用於CSL與你之間的流動通訊服務關係。所有貨品及禮遇數量有限,先到先得,售/送完即止。手機/產品型號及顏色視乎實際供應為準。如果英文版本和中文版本的條款及細則有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以英文版本為準。如有任何爭議,CSL 保留最終決定權。
Note:
(1) The above ‘Infinite Entertainment Service Plan’ (‘this Plan’) is applicable to new subscribers and requires a 24‑/36‑month commitment period. (2) For customers who subscribe to the csl HK$448 / HK$498 Infinite Entertainment Service Plan, they can enjoy 1TB of local mobile data per month for the first 6 months, and 500GB of local mobile data per month thereafter. When a customer’s monthly data usage reaches the specified level of the service plan, the Company will send notifications via SMS and email. The customer may continue to use mobile data services without speed restriction. However, the network priority enjoyed by the customer may be lowered depending on network conditions, and the customer’s data experience may be affected. The actual network speed achievable may be significantly lower than the network specification and is affected by multiple factors, including but not limited to internet connection conditions, server speed, network congestion, network coverage, location, device used, hardware and software configuration, usage level, and other relevant factors.
(3) This plan uses the 5G network. It is only applicable to designated 5G coverage areas and customers must use designated compatible devices. However, the actual speed experienced by the customer will be lower than the network specification and may vary depending on device, location, network conditions, and other factors. When outside the 5G coverage area, mobile communication services will be provided via 3G / 4.5G.
(4) Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package:
• The Service is available to selected personal account customers of designated csl service plan subscriptions who have activated IDD, roaming service and subscribe to Data Roaming Day Pass service. It is subject to related Terms and Conditions. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.
•The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China & Macau only. If customers have Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package that included usage is “1GB/3GBper month”, any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next bill month and will be forfeited at the end of each bill month.
• If customers have both Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package, Mainland China Data Roaming Package (included shareable and non-shareable) and Greater China Data Roaming Package, data roaming usage in Mainland China or in Macau will be deducted from non-shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package first, then it will be deducted from Greater China Data Roaming Package, then it will be deducted from shareable Mainland China Data Roaming Package. After that, it will be deducted from Mainland China & Macau Data Roaming Package.
• Unless otherwise specified, the Service cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
• Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Commitment Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture.
• If customers terminate the Service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, CSL would charge the customers the early termination charges which are the sum of the monthly fee of the Service for the remaining period.
(5) Designated customers who subscribe to csl the designated monthly service plan with 24/36-month of commitment period are entitled to dedicated Now TV pack(s) (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (“Now TV Plan”). The validity period of the Now TV Plan takes effect from the start date specified by the designated csl service plan contract (“Effective Date”). The Now TV Plan is valid for 24/36 months from the Effective Date (depending on the designated commitment period of the csl monthly service plan), irrespective of whether the customer activates the Now TV Plan services. If you terminate the designated csl service plan contract before the expiry of the designated commitment period, the associated Now TV Plan shall also be terminated concurrently. Now TV Plan does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box, and it is not applicable to be used on a Now TV Set-Top Box. If an existing Now TV customer wishes to use the same Now ID to watch Now TV content included in the relevant service plan, that Now ID must not be registered or connected to any Now TV (with a Now TV Set-Top Box) service. Existing Now TV customers with the same Now ID who are currently subscribing to certain Now TV Packs services are required to use another Now ID to access the Now TV services. To access the Now TV services by using the Now Apps (Now TV App on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV Website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. For reference only: the suggested retail price of Disney+ Standard is HK$81/month or HK$810/year. If you subscribe to service plan under Now TV Service without a Now TV Set-Top Box, you may watch live or on demand content via Now TV Apps/Website on no more than two (2) compatible electronic devices simultaneously. Upon subscription to the relevant service plan with Western Signature Pack, Now TV will send an SMS notification about HBO Max service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the relevant service plan’s effective date. To activate HBO Max service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at HBO Max website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via the SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on http://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-hbomax. The commitment period, the relevant validity period such pack/plan or the subscription period (as the case may be) of the relevant service plans will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, whether the customer has activated the HBO Max service or not. (8) After the designated commitment period ends, the csl HK$498 Infinite Entertainment Service Plan (Entertainment) service plan will continue to be provided to you at the csl monthly fee HK$518 (or the prevailing monthly fee rate) (as applicable to your relevant subscription), until you provide csl (as applicable to your relevant subscription) with a prior notice periods required by the relevant service plan contract of csl monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the relevant service plan. The Asia Signature Pack+ under the Infinite Entertainment Service Plan (Entertainment) includes Asia Signature Pack and Disney+ (Standard). The relevant service plan with Asia Signature Pack+ already includes Disney+ Standard subscriptions that customers have subscribed during the commitment period. Any termination of your subscription to the relevant service plan will also terminate your relevant entitlement to Asia Signature Pack and Disney+ services under the relevant service plan. The relevant service plan with Now TV x Netflix (Standard) allows a customer to watch Netflix content on up to two (2) supported devices at a time in up to full HD quality through the Netflix platform. Upon successful subscription, Now TV will send an SMS notification about Netflix service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the effective date of the relevant service plan. To activate Netflix service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information on the Netflix website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via the SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on https://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-netflix. The commitment period of the relevant service plan will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, whether the customer has activated the Netflix service or not. The Netflix service is provided to a customer by Netflix Pte. Ltd. (“Netflix”) under the Netflix Terms of Use, which a customer must accept in order to use the service of Netflix. (10) Designated customers who subscribe to csl HK$448 the Infinite Entertainment Service Plan (Sports version) with 24/36-month of commitment period are entitled to the following Now TV pack: Super Sports Plus & Asia Signature Combo (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) (List price: HK$298/month). Existing Now TV customers with the same Now ID who are currently subscribing to certain Now TV Packs services are required to use another Now ID to access the Now TV services, specifically: Super Sports Plus & Asia Signature Combo (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) is not applicable to existing Now TV customers with the same Now ID who are currently subscribing to Super Sports Pack Plus (without a Now TV Set-Top Box) or Asia Signature Pack (without a Now TV Set-Top Box). (15) Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl users to waive the data usage of Now TV app
Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl monthly service plan (“Users”) can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now TV app (“Apps”)in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the App. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the App, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the App will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
(16) Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl users to waive the data usage of MOOV
•MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html).
• Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O / csl service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O / csl data service plan.
• If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed.
• MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it.
