Remarks:
  1. Free local and roaming entitlement for 180 days (2GB local data, 50MB Roaming data, 10 Roaming voice minutes). When the free entitlement used up, you need to subscribe package for continues to use the service. With effect from 1 Mar 2024, free local and roaming entitlement will be updated to 90 days.
  2. Applicable when roaming in Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Philippines and Indonesia.
  3. Administration Fee will be imposed once you activate this Prepaid SIM Card. This fee will be waived for the first 30 days after activation, then will be deducted on the subsequent day and thereafter every 30 days.
  4. Validity of the Prepaid SIM Card will be extended for 180 days from the date of recharge upon every recharge of HK$20 or above.
  5. We reserve the right to terminate your mobile service without prior notice if your remaining balance is $0 or less and no usage in past consecutive 3 months.

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Peak speed for data download is 42Mbps and upload is 5.76Mbps. Actual speed experienced may be less than the theoretical speed obtainable on the network and may vary due to internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, locations, the computer and device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
  2. 7-day Volume-Based Plan (“VBP”) includes a continuous 168-hour session upon your subscription.
  3. 30-day Unlimited Data Plan (“UDP”):
    1. 30-day UDP will be renewed automatically every 30 days (23:59 on 30th day) after subscription. Any unused usage cannot be carried forward to the next 30-day period and will be forfeited at the end of the respective period. To unsubscribe this service, please dial *101#937*19# from your handset.
    2. If you subscribe to multiple 30-day UDP simultaneously, the system will follow the last subscribed 30-day UDP expiry date and will be auto-renewed.
    3. Fair Usage Policy applies for UDP, after you have reached the fair usage level of 30GB in 30 days for the UDP, you can continue to use the service. However, your network specification will be capped at 512kbps. Please refer to https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/prepaid-fair-usage-policy/ for details.
  4. You can sign up to any of our UDP any time before or after you have signed up to the VBP. Your data consumption will be first deducted from your VBP allocation until the data has been used up.
  5. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) may amend or withdraw the plans or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of dispute, CSL’s decision is final and binding.

How to use:

Switch on the Wi-Fi and select network CSL

The login page will be displayed upon you open any URL on the web browser (The login page may be opened automatically for iPhone and other selected handset models)

Select "Discover HK Tourist SIM/Prepaid SIM Cards“, enter Mobile Number Password, and one-time Password to login to the service

After login, a new offline window will pop-up to let you terminate the connection. Do not close the offline window. To terminate your csl Wi-Fi session, simply click the "Disconnect" button.

If you have accidentally closed the Disconnect pop-up window, please go to hotspot.cslwifi.com and click "Disconnect" to logout.

csl VoLTE Service, which brings voice call and video call to a brand-new generation! VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) means connection of voice and video call through 4G LTE network. As a valuable csl customer, you can now enjoy a FREE upgrade to experience voice call with speedy connection and video call with high quality!
Benefit of using VoLTE
1)
Facilitates faster voice-call connections. What used to take around 7 seconds on a 3G network is now as fast as 1 second, if both parties are using VoLTE. Even so it just takes around 4 seconds if using 3G network.
2)
Click the “Video Call” icon/button during a VoLTE call to switch between voice and video calls – instantly, simply and quickly(applicable only to some Android models).
   
Must have items for using VoLTE:

Upgrade handset software to the latest version(applicable to Android phones. Please update the software to the latest version according to the manufacturer’s guidelines for settings).

Terms and Conditions:
  1. Local Voice Call, IDD Voice Call, All Call Forwarding and Roaming Voice Call will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.
  2. For IDD Voice calls, local voice call charge $0.3/min applies in addition to IDD Voice Call charges and these charges are calculated on a per minute basis. The IDD charges and coverage are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
