Terms and Conditions of the IDD 1678 Supplementary Number Service ("Service"):

1. If you are a personal account postpaid customer of CSL Limited ("we / us") with the IDD 1678 service, you may register IDD 1678 Supplementary numbers ("Supplementary Numbers") ("Primary Number User").
2. You may register any Hong Kong fixed-line number with prefix "2" or "3" and Hong Kong mobile number serviced by a third party mobile network operator as a Supplementary Number.
3. Supplementary Numbers may only be associated with one Primary Number User.
4. A Supplementary Number user may use IDD 1678 Service Password for call control. Once active, all IDD 1678 calls made from the Supplementary Number will require the input of a Password for call set up. The default password is the first 4 digits of the Primary Number User's HKID or the first 4 digits of Business Registration number. For added security, please change this password by calling 1781678. A Primary Number User may reset the Supplementary Number user’s password at any time by calling 1781678.
5. IDD 1678 charges incurred by Supplementary Number users will be integrated into the Primary Number User's monthly bill.
6. IDD 1678 charges will be calculated on a 1-minute incremental basis. Local airtime charges apply according to the Service Plan signed up.
7. Non-Peak Hours: 21:00-09:00 Monday to Friday and whole day in Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays; Peak Hours: 09:01-20:59 daily Monday to Friday. Whether an IDD 1678 call will be charged at Peak or Non-Peak Hours rate depends on the starting time of the call and the related rate will apply to the entire duration of the call.
8. Once the IDD 1678 Service of the Primary Number User is terminated, the IDD 1678 service for all associated Supplementary Numbers will be automatically terminated, unless the Supplementary Number user is also a postpaid customer of ours with the IDD 1678 service activated.
9. The Charges quoted above are for reference only and subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
10. The Service is not applicable to any one2free Prepaid SIM Cards, one2free Multi-SIM Secondary SIM numbers, one2free Multi-Number L2 numbers, JustOne Card (non-Hong Kong mobile number), Mobile Data & Fax customers, PABX numbers, extension numbers and any other mobile services or mobile numbers as from time to time advised by us.
11. We reserve the right to amend any or all of these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, our decision is final.
