Rescue App
Rescue App helps you to check csl settings on your Android handset (compatible with OS 2.1 or more recent versions) with just one click. If you encounter connectivity problems, our “Fix my problem” feature makes a diagnosis and guides you through fixing a fault on your device.
1. Download and Installation
· Logon to Infotainment service content (m.hkcsl.com), click "Apps Guide" to download and install software

2. Device Status
· Manages your network connection
Connection status is represented by different signs:

Status |
Red light |
Signals that the service setting is not correct or the service doesn’t exist |
Green light |
Signals that the service setting is correct or the service is available |
Yellow light |
Signals that the service is not available as the service setting is not complete
(e.g Wi-Fi is connected but you have not yet logged in) |
