• * Data transfer service is applicable only to designated PCCW-HKT mobile service customers, currently available major mobile OS platforms and certain device models. Please contact our staff for details.

• The effectiveness of data transfer service is determined by the device model involved. Not all types of data and/or content can be transferred with the same degree of success. CSL Mobile Limited uses its best practice but cannot guarantee that all data and/or content can be transferred without any loss.
• CSL Mobile Limited expressly disclaims all or any liability for any loss (including any loss of data and content) or damage (including any damage to mobile devices) suffered by the customer or any other persons arising, directly or indirectly, from the data transfer service.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to back up data and/or content on the mobile devices before using data transfer service.
• CSL Mobile Limited shall, at its discretion, not proceed with the data transfer service. In the event of dispute, CSL Mobile Limited's decision shall be final.
