1. Logging in
Launch app while connected to mobile data or Wi-Fi   Choose to connect via mobile data or Wi-Fi   You’re now connected

2. Navigating the menu
Tap on the upper left menu icon   Choose a category

3. Accessing music & articles
Choose a theme for playlists   Music will start playing.   Swipe right to read articles written by celebrity contributors.   Swipe right to view full playlist

4. Downloading music
Download the full playlist using the top download button or download individual songs by tapping below.   Choose “Download Music” on the navigation menu   Downloaded playlist will appear in “Downloaded Music&rdquo   Details of downloaded playlist

5. Using “My Newsic”
Click on the lower right star to make a playlist your favourite.   Choose “My Newsic” on the navigation menu   Your favorite playlist will appear on the “My Newsic” page

6. Backing up playlists and importing playlists already backed up

The playlist back-up function allows customers to back up "Saved Playlists"and "My Newsic Playlists"

6.1 Playlist back up

6.2 Insert backed-up playlists
We recommend connecting to Wi-Fi before choosing   Choose   Choose   Imported

Notices:

  1. The back-up function can be utilised via mobile data or Wi-Fi. We recommend that customers connect to a Wi-Fi network for synchronized download of playlists and music.
  2. The back-up function can only be used to back up "Saved Playlists" and "My Newsic Playlists". Customers will be required to download songs to playlists again after back up.
  3. Existing playlists stored in the handset will be replaced, once customers have imported playlists already backed up in "Download Music" and "My Newsic".
  4. Customers need to import playlists within 2 months from the day of backing up. Otherwise, they will be deleted automatically after the due date.

 

7. Sharing articles
Choose a theme for your playlists   Share to Facebook by tapping on the upper right icon   Add your comment then press “share”   Press “confirm” to post on Facebook

8. Using shortcuts
When enjoying music on Newsic, pause or skip shortcut buttons will appear while your phone’s screen is locked.
